Jesus asks:

“What do you spend the Church’s money on?

Remember, it is all really My Money you are a steward of, to be spent the way I desire it to be spent.

Do you ask Me what I desire you to do with it?

Most Churches do not this so they makes plans that will run them into debt and Satan readily advises them on these things so that their money is not available to help the poor, or reach the lost, and by this, the work of My Church is not done.

So, do you spend your money of bigger churches, better seating, musical instruments and sound systems; Increasing minister’s Salaries and their benefits?

What have you spent on these things and how much have you spent on reaching the lost and helping the sick, the fatherless and the poor?

It takes self-denial (a fast) to give to another what you really do not need, but which will help them and deny yourself some pleasure or unimportant need.

Remember that God will always give you what you need, including extra to give to His Work (Matthew 6:33).

“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the Glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward,” Isaiah 58:6-8.

God promises to provide all you need to do the work of The Kingdom and live as He desires you to and not as you desire to live.

There are people in hell who were able too help another but did not do so, and by this, rebelled against God’s Law of Love.

The Law of Love basically says that if you can meet a person’s needs without taking away a need of your family, or those whom you are steward of, then you should provide it and trust God for your needs and for the result!

“Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek.) For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof,” Matthew 6:31-34.

So look at your balance sheet and see what you have spent the Church’s (God’s) money on. You may be unpleasantly surprised.”
