The Tree of Life
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God,” Revelation 2:7, NKJV.
My child, you abide in Me and I abide in you. This scripture is imprinted on your heart from the many hours of meditation you have spent here. But the hour has come for you to receive greater revelation of this Truth.
Look at the tree and see the unity (agreement) between the roots, trunk, and branches.
The tree is not complete when any of these three are missing. The branch cannot exist of itself separated from the trunk and roots. The trunk and roots find fulfillment in and through the branches. It is a unity that must exist for fruit to come forth.
The fruit comes forth to carry the seed for other trees of like kind to be birthed. Consider the oak tree and the many acorns it produces and scatters to propagate other oak trees.
See with your spiritual eyes the perfect union from which life springs forth in a continual cycle. The roots, trunk, and branches work in unity and are not in competition. Their purpose is fulfilled in harmony: each doing their part in the cycle of life.
I AM that I AM. I AM Life: the Tree of Life. I AM Creator. I made you in My image for My good pleasure and purpose. You are an expression of Myself — My Love. You are to receive of Me, live your life through Me, and return all the glory to Me.
You are to draw on My Life force from the roots of the Tree of Life. You are to flourish and grow strong from the Trunk (My Son) in Whom you have been grafted in as a branch. You are to produce great fruit in obedience to the Son’s commands.
When the enemy comes in, he tries to get you focused on the storms. The branches are shaken by the storms. The changing winds and weather come to lash at the branches seeking to break them away from the trunk.
But the branches that are firmly attached to the trunk withstand and survive. They are even strengthened. Many bear the scars inflicted by the storms, but their wind swept shapes are testimonies of great battles won against the elements.
You are a spiritual branch which faces many different assaults than mere wind and rain that afflict the natural branch.
The elements of this fallen world system try to overwhelm you and separate you from Me — the Tree of Life. You are to wage your warfare against these works of darkness by drawing closer to Me.
Drink deeply of My Life by drawing on the Life of the Son. His Life comes directly from the Root of I AM that I AM.
You are part of the Tree of Life because you are engrafted in Me. If eternal Life is the sap that flows in you, then what in this fallen world can prevail against Us?
You are to be like the natural branch that does not exalt itself, but considers itself part of the whole. Its identity is found in the tree.
If you will meditate on being a spiritual branch that is part of the Tree of Life, you will make great progress to attain the Kingdom’s higher ground.
As you do this you will no longer think of yourself as a mere branch, but will have the fullness of the consciousness of the Tree of Life. Yes, no longer separate, but a whole part of Me able to produce great fruit.
Take My words and let them go deep into your inner man. Meditate on them. Open up your heart and let Me lift you up.
I desire to release great revelation of My person to you and all who follow my instructions. Obey. Receive. All is well. Shalom.
“For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you,” Romans 11:16-18, NKJV.
