The Sound of Our Praises Will Keep Us
The Sound of Our Praises
Will Keep Us From Those
Who Want to Kill Us!
A Lot of Word – Because It Is YOUR Weapon in Song and YOUR Armour!
Regardless of who or what group killed the 50 people this morning. Satan is the one who comes to steal, kill, and destroy us.
He is our enemy. All of the groups that have set out to destroy us have the same spirit behind them. We have been given weapons that many people look over to stop these enemies in our lives and the lives of our loved ones and it is the weapon of worship and praise! We can bind him with it as in Psalms 149:6 (AMPC).
Your Praise Will Bind the Attacks of the Enemy!
“Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment — This honor have all His saints.
Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!),” Psalm 149:6-9 (NKJV).
You see these are our offensive weapons to keep the enemies that come to steal kill and destroy us at bay! God inhabits the praises of His people and comes swinging His fists in fury because of His lovers to the sound of their praise and worship.
The Bible in Isaiah 30:32 (AMPC) “And every passing stroke of the staff of punishment and doom which the Lord lays upon them shall be to the sound of [Israel’s] timbrels and lyres, when in battle He attacks [Assyria] with swinging and menacing arms.”
Abiding in the Secret Place of Protection
When we are lovers of God and abide in the secret place through our worship and praise, prayer, and speaking His word. Psalms 91:7 says, “A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you.”
Many will fall in this day and we mourn but we have a God who surrounds us like a shield as we lift up our eyes to Him and sing His word. He is the glory and lifter of our heads. He’s the peace in the midst of the storm, the rock that we cling to. We are in treacherous days in the earth but in the middle of it all we can with David declare. “I will call upon the Lord and so shall I be saved from my enemies!”
And Isaiah 43:2 declares, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.”
Tell the Enemy That He Is Your Fortress!
I sense right now that many have not been declaring His word and trusting that His word is truth in this time and season but He wants us to know tonight that His word is true and He is our defender and our protector from all that wants to harm us, but if we will begin to praise Him for who He is.
Literally declaring to the enemy that HE IS OUR FORTRESS AND REFUGE, then He will show up because of our Love for Him and defeat our enemies for us!
Because You Have Set Your Love on Him!
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness — trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never]. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation,” Psalm 91:14-16.
