“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God,” John 1:12-13.

The word “received” here means to claim, procure, for one’s self.

One of the meanings for POWER in this passage is not the word dunamis BUT “specifically the power of judicial decisions of authority to manage domestic affairs. It also means Jurisdiction or authority.

And the word for “become” here is: To arise, appear in history, and come on the stage. To wrought miracles.

Then “sons” has a meaning of: children of a city: it citizens and inhabitants the votaries of wisdom, those souls who have, as it were, been nurtured and moulded by wisdom.

In other words, those who have been nurtured up by the Father in His wisdom and have been moulded by it, claiming the LORD and procuring him for ourselves. He then gives us judicial, decisions of authority and jurisdiction in our spheres of influence and in our cities, as we have become the wise citizens of the Kingdom of God!

These are they who will appear at this time in history, come on the stage and bring forth great miracles in the earth!
