The Secret is to Receive Christ: Receive His teaching; Receive His Love; Receive His Wisdom; Receive His instruction; Receive His leading and guidance; Receive His Impartation.
Meekness (or a yielded, humble heart) is where we begin to receive Him and allow Him to influence us by imparting His Truth (the reality of Who He is in the totality of His Person and His ways) in us.
What is the result?
First we receive the Seed of Truth that is implanted within us. We may not always initially have any evidence to show that Seed had been shown into our hearts.
For the better part we may look and be like we have looked all along, but what we receive, as with all other natural seed, carries the treasure and the mystery of new Life hidden within itself.
Without really being able to point to when it happened or how, we will see new sprouts beginning to grow where there was none before and they will continue to grow, until, before we really know how it all happened, we will find the most wonderful harvest been produced within ourselves.
Change always gradually comes with time and without us realizing that a complete new Life is being developed in us.
One day you will look back and see that what you received in meekness had become a living reality of who you presently are!
You will know the change, because you will have become the very fruit of what has changed!
Continue receiving Christ in meekness (willing surrender) and as you do, He will continue to change you and transform your soul!
