The Season of Delight
The Season of Delight, the Fruit of the Spirit, the Pomegranate and the Time of the Bridegroom rejoicing over His Bride….
Today, I heard the Word ” sustain” and I see the Bride of Christ sitting in the Shade of her King. She is eating of the fruit of the Spirit, the Pomegranates of Life, protected under the Shadow of His Wings.
He is sustaining her and His Right hand is upholding her. His Love is healing her mind, soul and body as she looks to Him. It is TIME to come back to our First Love.
The Holy Spirit is drawing the Bride of Christ, His sons and daughters into great intimacy. For it is only here in the Secret Place that she can draw the supernatural strength and sustenance to be able to live in this chaotic world today.
You are in the world but not of the world, Beloved. You belong to the Bridegroom, Jesus. His delight is in you! Oh yes! He is giving you His delightful FRUIT to eat in this season as you dwell under His Shadow.
He is declaring His Love for you, so just receive it and know that as you gaze upon Him, The Holy Spirit is QUICKENING your mortal body. From you shall flow RIVERS of Living Water!
God shall sustain you with His Love! And the lips of those who were once asleep shall speak!
“Beloved. It is time, Beloved. It is time to leave behind all the cares of this world and spend time with your Bridegroom King.
Do not resist the drawing of My Spirit. Just come, My Child, and sit under My Shade. Take and eat of My Fruit. Consume with GREAT DELIGHT the blessings of Your Savior.
You have captured My Heart, My Sister, My Bride. Keep coming to Me every day for I alone will sustain you. I withhold NO good thing from those who are Mine.
My Fruit and My Wine is sweet to the taste and never bitter. You are a king and a priest unto Me. The pomegranates and the golden bells are upon your Robe of Righteousness.
Your Beauty is that of your Savior’s. There is no spot in you, My Fair One.
Awake, awake, Oh My Sleepers. Awake to the Love of Christ beckoning you into My Presence. In My Presence is fullness of joy and at My Right Hand, pleasures forever more.
The lips of those who were once asleep shall speak of My Goodness and Mercy. It is My Desire and My Good Pleasure to give you the Kingdom, Dear One.
As you eat of the Fruit of the Spirit, MY POWER shall cause you to OVERCOME and QUICKEN your mortal body. There is no other Place to go in these dark days.
Cast your burden on The LORD and I will sustain you; I will never permit the righteous to be moved!
Delight in My delight for you, delight yourself in My Fruits of the Spirit and in My Grace and you shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever you do shall prosper!
My left Hand is under your head, and My Right Hand embraces you. I will sustain you, Beloved, for I delight in you.
I have brought you into My Banqueting House and My Banner over you is Love. Listen, Beloved, to what the Spirit is saying to My true Church, My Called Out Ones, My Body, My Bride, “You shall no more be termed Forsaken, and your land shall no more be termed Desolate, but you shall be called “My Delight Is in Her”, and your land Married; for the Lord delights in you, and your land shall be married.
For as a young man marries a young woman, so shall your sons marry You, and as the Bridegroom rejoices over the Bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.”

Pomegranates figure prominently in two places in the Scriptures: the garment of the high priest and in the temple. Bells and pomegranates alternate on the skirt of the high priest.
The Song of Solomon makes liberal use of the pomegranate in describing the loveliness of the bride (Song of Solomon 6:11; 7:12; 8:2). The bridegroom says to the Shulamite, “Your lips are like a scarlet ribbon; your mouth is lovely. Your temples behind your veil are like the halves of a pomegranate” (Song of Solomon 4:3). The modest blush on the bride’s cheeks reminds the groom that her true beauty lies within.
Pomegranates mean fruitful life : Charles Spurgeon
The church is called an “orchard of pomegranates” : Matthew Henry, Commentary
Song of Solomon foreshadows Christ, the Bridegroom’s relationship with His Bride, the Church. (Ephesians 5:32-note, Revelation 19:7-8-note) Theme – The joy and intimacy of love within a committed marriage covenant. (see here)
Nat. Hist. p. 388 says of the pomegranate, “The juice was and still is expressed for a cooling drink, or sherbet, and sometimes also fermented into a light wine. It is now commonly used in the East with sugar or spices, and then strained before being fermented. The wine of the pomegranate does not keep long and is very light.” : Cambridge Bible commentary
“I would cause thee to drink of spiced wine, of the juice of my pomegranate”: Or, “wine of my pomegranate”; of which mention is made in Jewish writings and by other authors. There was a city in the tribe of Dan, called “Gath-rimmon” (Joshua 21:24); the winepress of the pomegranate, or where they made pomegranate wine. Now these sorts of wine being accounted the best and most agreeable, the church proposes to treat Christ with them. By which may be meant the various graces of the Spirit, and the exercise of them in believers. Which give Christ pleasure and delight, and are preferred by Him to the best wine (see Song of Solomon 4:10). “How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!” Bible studies.org
The POMEGRANATE’S botanical name Punica granatum shows it originates from the Roman Carthage (Tunisia). Its HEALING properties were already recognized in antiquity. It is scientifically proven that pomegranates contain antioxidants, large quantities of flavonoids such as anthocyanins and quercetin, polyphenols, especially ellagitannins such as punicalagin and phenolic acids such as ellagic acid and gallic acid, with important functions for cell regulation. Pomegranates also contain potassium, vitamin A, C, E, calcium and iron.
