As we come to the end of a very challenging year, many are asking “What will our future hold?”

Will there be famine, war, or pestilence?

Will The LORD come and save us?

Will there be revival or tribulation and judgement?

Will it cost a week’s wages for a barrel of barley?

So many people are wandering aimlessly in fear, because they don’t know what to expect in the days ahead.

There is a story in The Book of Luke about a supernatural encounter that Mary had with an angel. The Angel Gabriel appeared to her and said: “Rejoice, highly favored one, The LORD is with you, blessed are you among women!” (This was spoken from Gabriel and was not meant to become a prayer to Mary).

Mary was troubled and didn’t understand at first but Gabriel went on to say: “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.”

Mary asked how this could happen since she was a virgin. Gabriel replied: “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, the Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.”

Then he told her that her relative Elizabeth who was up in age and barren, has also conceived. “With God nothing will be impossible.”

Mary did not doubt what the angel had told her, but she simply replied: “Behold the maidservant of The LORD! Let it be to me according to your word.”

At first Mary didn’t realize that the baby she was carrying was the Messiah prophesied by the Prophet Isaiah.

She didn’t know that this child in her womb would heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, deliver people and be the Savior of the world. In the same way, believers don’t realize what they are carrying.

The Holy Spirit is looking for those who are willing to carry His Glory. Just as Mary carried Jesus, we are carriers of The Holy Spirit.

The LORD says; “I call each one of you blessed and highly favored. Many of you are pregnant with gifts and callings that have not yet been released, you are about to give birth in this season.

There are some who are barren and up in years who are about to conceive. It’s not too late and you are not too old for what I’ve called you to do.

For those of you who have been in a constant battle, and the enemy has been relentless, your breakthrough is at hand.

As you press through to get into alignment with My Plans, the waters will break. The process may seem exhausting and long term, but don’t get weary in well doing.

You may be spiritually tired and emotionally drained but don’t quit. A natural pregnancy is measured in three stages which are called trimesters.

Many of you are in your third trimester. You will not miscarry this baby, but your due date is drawing near. Get ready to push!

Know that you are being prepared for greater things. Even though it appears to be a season of famine, we are on the brink of a great Revival.

The river is rising and we are about to step into a deeper realm than we’ve ever known. You are about to see the fulfillment of the promises that I have for you.

Rise up and be radiant. My glory will be seen upon the earth because this is the season for My Glory,” says The LORD.

“Therefore The LORD Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14.

“Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick gloom covers the nations, but Yahweh arises upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you! Nations will be attracted to your radiant light and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day.” Isaiah 60:1-3 TPT.

“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:11.
