Declarations & Decrees: The Salvation of the LORD Is a Blazing Torch in the Darkness!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare I will not be silent, for Jerusalem’s sake, and the People of God, I will not rest, until their VINDICATION SHINES out brightly and their SALVATION like a BLAZING TORCH.
  The Nations will see their vindication and all Kings their GLORY!
• We declare Jerusalem, and each Believer, will be called by a NEW NAME that the Lord Himself will PRONOUNCE.
  Each will be a GLORIOUS CROWN in the Hand of the Lord, a ROYAL DIADEM held by Her God.
• We decree and declare God’s WATCHMEN are posted on Jerusalem’s walls, and the walls of each of their territories, they will never fall silent, neither by day or night. We who call on the Lord will not rest until HE RESTORES Jerusalem, and His Lands, and makes them a PRAISE on the Earth!
• We decree and declare the gates are open and the way is clear for the People; the Highway is BUILT UP; the stones are CLEARED away.
  The BANNER is RAISED for the Peoples.
  We say to the DAUGHTER of ZION, “Your SALVATION is HERE!
  Here His REWARD is with Him, and His RECOMPENSE is before Him.”
• We decree and declare the People’s HEARTS and EYES are open to KNOW and UNDERSTAND the truth of the Lord’s SALVATION through His Son, the Lamb that was SLAIN.
  The tribes of Israel are RETURNING to God Almighty!
  These will be called the HOLY PEOPLE, The REDEEMED of the Lord!
• We decree and declare the Spirit of God appears as a FLAMING TORCH above the covenantal offering.
  Through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, the covenant God made with Abram, was made with all Believers.
  Israel belongs to His People!
  All the countries that have oppressed and held His Children in slavery will be punished.
  His People will leave the land of oppression with many POSSESSIONS.
• We declare the Spirit of God present with the Heavenly Creatures looked like FIERY COALS burning the way torches do, with FIRE FLASHING here and there BETWEEN the Living Creatures; the FIRE had BRILLIANCE, and out of the FIRE went LIGHTNING!
• We decree and declare the Spirit of the Most High gives POWER and DIRECTION to the Living Beings.
  As they are able to move effortlessly, so YOU are able to move, without limitation, as the Spirit gives you DIRECTION and STRENGTH.
• We declare LIGHTNINGS, VOICES and THUNDERINGS come forth from the THRONE of the First and the Last, the Great I AM!
  BEFORE the THRONE are SEVEN FLAMING TORCHES, which are the Sevenfold Spirit of God.
  This Spirit is our COMFORTER and dwells with each Believer.
  We praise God for His indwelling Spirit and His POWER from on HIGH!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, and her salvation like a torch that is burning. ² The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will designate. ³ You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God…..
……. ⁶ On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the Lord, take no rest for yourselves; ⁷ And give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth. ⁸ The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by His strong arm, “I will never again give your grain as food for your enemies; nor will foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored.” ⁹ But those who garner it will eat it and praise the Lord; and those who gather it will drink it in the courts of My sanctuary. ¹⁰ Go through, go through the gates, Clear the way for the people; build up, build up the highway, remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples. ¹¹ Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, say to the daughter of Zion, “Lo, your salvation comes; behold His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.” ¹² And they will call them, “The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord”; and you will be called, “Sought out, a city not forsaken.” Isaiah 62:1-3, 6-12.

“⁷ And He said to him, “I am the Lord who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to possess it.” ⁸ He said, “O Lord God, how may I know that I will possess it?” ⁹ So He said to him, “Bring Me a three year old heifer, and a three year old female goat, and a three year old ram, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” ¹⁰ Then he brought all these to Him and cut them in two, and laid each half opposite the other; but he did not cut the birds. ¹¹ The birds of prey came down upon the carcasses, and Abram drove them away. ¹² Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, terror and great darkness fell upon him. ¹³ God said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. ¹⁴ But I will also judge the nation whom they will serve, and afterward they will come out with many possessions. ¹⁵ As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you will be buried at a good old age. ¹⁶ Then in the fourth generation they will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorite is not yet complete.” ¹⁷ It came about when the sun had set, that it was very dark, and behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a flaming torch which passed between these pieces. ¹⁸ On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates: ¹⁹ the Kenite and the Kenizzite and the Kadmonite ²⁰ and the Hittite and the Perizzite and the Rephaim,” Genesis 15:7-20.

“¹² And each went straight forward; wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go, without turning as they went. ¹³ In the midst of the living beings there was something that looked like burning coals of fire, like torches darting back and forth among the living beings. The fire was bright, and lightning was flashing from the fire. ¹⁴ And the living beings ran to and fro like bolts of lightning. ¹⁵ Now as I looked at the living beings, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living beings, for each of the four of them. ¹⁶ The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one wheel were within another. ¹⁷ Whenever they moved, they moved in any of their four directions without turning as they moved. ¹⁸ As for their rims they were lofty and awesome, and the rims of all four of them were full of eyes round about. ¹⁹ Whenever the living beings moved, the wheels moved with them. And whenever the living beings rose from the earth, the wheels rose also. ²⁰ Wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go in that direction. And the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels. ²¹ Whenever those went, these went; and whenever those stood still, these stood still. And whenever those rose from the earth, the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels,” Ezekiel 1:12-21.

“⁴ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads. ⁵ Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; ⁶ and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind,” Revelation 4:4-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
