According to the patterns revealed in The Scriptures, The Church was never meant to remain as a denomination [a Goshen], a micro unit within the world systems of nations [Egypt].

Indeed, for a time and a season, The Church will be marked by the blood of the Passover lamb, shielded from the storms scheduled to come into the different spheres of the world systems, as was revealed in the pattern with the Children of Israel in Egypt.

“For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast, and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am The LORD. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. ‘So this day shall be to you a memorial, and you shall keep it as a feast to The LORD throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by an everlasting ordinance”. Exodus 12:12-14

However, at the appointed time, The Church would embark on a journey, that sees her exit the confines of being a denomination — a micro unit within the world systems of Nations — to being transformed into The Army Brigade of The LORD — a weapon with which the demonic systems in nations were overthrown in the earth.

“Now Amalek came and fought with Israel in Rephidim. 9 And Moses said to Joshua, “Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand.” Exodus 17:8-9

The Spiritual Roll Call of The LORD

This transformation from being a “denomination,” to be being raised up as the “Army Brigade of The LORD”, as revealed in The Scriptures, began with an invitation from The LORD, into a new covenant walk with Him.

“In the third month after the children of Israel had gone out of the land of Egypt, on the same day, they came to the Wilderness of Sinai. For they had departed from Rephidim, had come to the Wilderness of Sinai, and camped in the wilderness. So Israel camped there before the mountain. And Moses went up to God, and The LORD called to him from the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel: You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Myself. Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people, for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.” So Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before them all these words which The LORD commanded him. Then all the people answered together and said, “All that The LORD has spoken we will do.” So Moses brought back the words of the people to The LORD. And The LORD said to Moses, “Behold, I come to you in the thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and believe you forever.” Exodus 19:1-9

There is a protocol of A Spiritual Roll Call that precedes ones induction into The Army Bridage of The LORD.

Whether in conscious knowledge or not, we will be setup to answer the questions and to take the trial, that reveals if truly in words and actions, we will Choose to Serve The LORD or not.

The LORD sent Moses to the people He had contended for and saved out of Egypt with numerous undoubted signs saying,

“Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people, for all the earth is Mine. 6 And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.” 7 So Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before them all these words which The LORD commanded him. 8 Then all the people answered together and said, “All that The LORD has spoken we will do.” So Moses brought back the words of the people to The LORD.” Exodus 19:5-8

In the time of Joshua’s leadership over the people with whom he marched into the promise, The Scripture records how Joshua summoned the people of Israel, and in his address to them, just as Moses did, he put forth the righteous credentials of The LORD and how The LORD had led them through and granted them significant victories, then went on to say to them,

“Now therefore, fear The LORD, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve The LORD! And if it seems evil to you to serve The LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve The LORD.” So the people answered and said: “Far be it from us that we should forsake The LORD to serve other gods, for The LORD our God is He who brought us and our fathers up out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, who did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way that we went and among all the people through whom we passed. And The LORD drove out from before us all the people, including the Amorites who dwelt in the land. We also will serve The LORD, for He is our God.” But Joshua said to the people, “You cannot serve The LORD, for He is a holy God. He is a jealous God, He will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins. If you forsake The LORD and serve foreign gods, then He will turn and do you harm and consume you, after He has done you good.” And the people said to Joshua, “No, but we will serve The LORD!” So Joshua said to the people, “You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen The LORD for yourselves, to serve Him.” And they said, “We are witnesses!” “Now therefore,” he said, “put away the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your heart to The LORD God of Israel.” And the people said to Joshua, “The LORD our God we will serve, and His voice we will obey!” Joshua 24:14-24

The same principle and protocol of Spiritual Roll Call we see implemented in the time The Prophet Elijah summoned the people, at the confrontation with the prophets of Baal,

“And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If The LORD is God, follow Him, but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word”. [1 Kings 18:21].

This righteous Roll Call, divinely orchestrated by The Spirit of The LORD, is intended to set a mark of identification, and subsequently a seal of The LORD upon those who identify to march in the righteous ordinances of The LORD, as well as set a distinguishing mark on those who choose to march in the direction of their will.

This identification and sealing by The LORD always precedes significant times of the formations of the Army of The LORD, times of war, and times of judgment as we see in The Scriptures.

“Then He called out in my hearing with a loud voice, saying, “Let those who have charge over the city draw near, each with a deadly weapon in his hand.” And suddenly six men came from the direction of the upper gate, which faces north, each with his battle-ax in his hand. One man among them was clothed with linen and had a writer’s inkhorn at his side. They went in and stood beside the bronze altar. Now the glory of the God of Israel had gone up from the cherub, where it had been, to the threshold of the temple. And He called to the man clothed with linen, who had the writer’s inkhorn at his side, and The LORD said to him, “Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and cry over all the abominations that are done within it.” To the others He said in my hearing, “Go after him through the city and kill, do not let your eye spare, nor have any pity. Utterly slay old and young men, maidens and little children and women, but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark, and begin at My sanctuary.” So they began with the elders who were before the temple. Then He said to them, “Defile the temple, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!” And they went out and killed in the city.” Ezekiel 9:1-7

“After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree. Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” Revelation 7:1-3

“Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.” Revelation 9:3-4

“And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. 11 He who is unjust, let him be unjust still, he who is filthy, let him be filthy still, he who is righteous, let him be righteous still, he who is holy, let him be holy still.” Revelation 22:10-11

This transition from being “denominations” to being raised up in our formations in the “Army Brigades and Battalions of The LORD” begins with our call to respond to The Roll Call of The LORD.

After The Roll Call was revealed, the Israelites responded in submission to this calling of The LORD and the ordinances of The Call, The LORD began to reveal the blueprint for their formations in the Army Brigade of The LORD, as we see in The Second Chapter of The Book of Numbers.

“And The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying: “Everyone of the children of Israel shall camp by his own standard, beside the emblems of his father’s house, they shall camp some distance from the tabernacle of meeting. On the east side, toward the rising of the sun, those of the standard of the forces with Judah shall camp according to their armies, and Nahshon the son of Amminadab shall be the leader of the children of Judah.” And his army was numbered at seventy-four thousand six hundred……” Numbers 2:1-34].

Through this, a timid, oppressed “denomination’ began to be transformed into a mighty, fearless, dreadful Army Brigade of The LORD, that withstood giants, conquered nations and redeemed the promises of The LORD.

The Army of The LORD had taken their formations in their camps, consecrated as mighty weapons of war in The Hand of The LORD, ready to tear down demonic systems, structures, altars of oppression, corruption and bondage in the nations.

The LORD in raising an army out of the congregation that gathered unto Gideon, began to utter A Roll Call,

“Now therefore, proclaim in the hearing of the people, saying, Whoever is fearful and afraid, let him turn and depart at once from Mount Gilead.’ ” And twenty-two thousand of the people returned, and ten thousand remained.” Judges 7:3

The Church as The Body of Christ, for so long have been as a “denomination” within the global scheme of things in The Nations.

Like The Children of Israel in Goshen, The Church has been in Goshen, marked by The Blood of The Passover Lamb, kept in safety from the storms that have engulfed the spheres of the world.

However, we are now at the beginnings of the season and era of the transition of The Church as The Body of Christ from being the timid, oppressed, voiceless denomination in Goshen, to being called to be raised and transfigured into the fearless, mighty, dreadful Army Brigades and Battalions of The LORD Jesus Christ.

This transition however begins with the protocol of A Roll Call.

Though they were children of Abraham, partakers of the salvation from death, by the identification bestowed on them, by the blood of the Passover Lamb on their doorposts, delivered out of Egypt in fulfillment of the promise The LORD made to Abraham — yet, in transitioning them into their function and formations as The Army Brigades and Battalions of The LORD — The LORD placed before them the options of choice, as in several occasions in The Scriptures, to know if they would choose to come into this new calling as a holy nation, a kingdom of priests, to serve in and as The Army Brigades and Battalions of The LORD.

So also in this time, the same Roll Call is going forth by the Spirit of The LORD in this season, to those whose ears and hearts are opened to what The Spirit of The LORD is saying in this time.

And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.” So Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before them all these words which The LORD commanded him. Can you hear The Roll Call of The Spirit of The LORD Jesus Christ to The Body of Christ today?

“Then those who feared The LORD spoke to one another, and The LORD listened and heard them, So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear The LORD, And who meditate on His name. “They shall be Mine,” says The LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them, As a man spares his own son who serves him.” Then you shall again discern, Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God, And one who does not serve Him.” Malachi 3:16-18
