Declarations & Decrees: The Righteous Are Victorious — the Evil Will Fall!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I have SECURED MY SWORD — THE WORD OF GOD — on in the SPLENDOR and MAJESTY that the Lord/ Adonai has bestowed upon me.
  I RIDE VICTORIOUSLY on behalf of TRUTH, MEEKNESS and JUSTICE!
• I decree and declare my Right Hand will display AWESOME THINGS!
  My arrows are sharp. Evil, ungodly Peoples fall beneath me — into the Heart of the King’s enemies.
  Your Throne, O God, is FOREVER and EVER, and a scepter of JUSTICE is the scepter of Your Kingdom!
• I decree and declare we have loved RIGHTEOUSNESS and hated wickedness.
  Therefore, God/ Elohim, our God/ Eloheinu, anoints us with the OIL of GLADNESS above our companions!
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FRET because of evildoers, NOR BE ENVIOUS of them who do wrong.
  I WILL TRUST IN THE LORD and do good.
  I will DWELL in His Land and feed on FAITHFULNESS.
• I decree and declare I DELIGHT in the Lord, therefore He will give me the REQUESTS of my Heart.
  My way is COMMITTED to Him! I TRUST IN HIM, and HE WILL DO IT!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai is bringing out our VINDICATION AS LIGHT, and our cause will SHINE as Noonday!
  I will be STILL before the Lord/ Adonai and WAIT PATIENTLY for Him.
  I will not fret over one prospering in his way, over one carrying out wicked schemes.
• I decree and declare the evildoers WILL BE CUT OFF, but those who wait for the Lord/ Adonai WILL INHERIT THE LAND! Yet a little while and the wicked WILL BE NO MORE.
  Yes, we will look at his place, but he will not be there!
  But the MEEK will inherit the Land and DELIGHT in abundant Peace/ Shalom!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KNOWS THOSE WHO ARE HIS!
  You have been marked by the Blood of Christ/ Messiah; you are among those who sigh and moan over all the abominations that are committed in our Land.
  We have the heart of God; we CRY at the deceit and evil.
  WE KNOW WE ARE NOT ALONE: we praise the Lord for His Remnant and His Angel Armies that are supporting His People and CARRYING OUT HIS WORD!
• I decree and declare the Words of the Lord/ Adonai are TRUSTWORTHY and TRUE! BEHOLD, He is COMING SOON! Those who keep the Words of the Prophecy of His Book are fortunate.
  The Word written in the Scriptures are not to be sealed, for the TIME IS NEAR!
• I decree and declare the evildoer will still do evil, and the filthy will still be filthy, and the RIGHTEOUS WILL STILL DO RIGHTEOUSNESS, and the HOLY WILL BE HOLY!
  Behold, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is coming soon, and HIS REWARD IS WITH HIM, to pay back each one according to his deeds!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ Strap your sword on your thigh, mighty one: your splendor and your majesty. ⁴ In your majesty ride on victoriously on behalf of truth, humility, and righteousness. Let your right hand display awesome deeds. ⁵ Your arrows are sharp. The nations fall under you, with arrows in the heart of the king’s enemies. ⁶ Your throne, God, is forever and ever. A scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom. ⁷ You have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness. Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows,” Psalm 45:3-7.

“¹ Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. ² For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. ³ Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. ⁴ Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. ⁵ Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: ⁶ he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. ⁷ Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. ⁸ Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing. ⁹ For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land. ¹⁰ For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn’t there. ¹¹ But the humble shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. ¹² The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. ¹³ The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming,” Psalm 37:1-13.

“³ The glory of the God of Israel went up from the cherub, whereupon it was, to the threshold of the house; and he called to the man clothed in linen, who had the writer’s inkhorn by his side. ⁴ Yahweh said to him, “Go through the middle of the city, through the middle of Jerusalem, and set a mark on the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry over all the abominations that are done within it.”
⁵ To the others he said in my hearing, “Go through the city after him, and strike. Don’t let your eye spare, neither have pity. ⁶ Kill utterly the old man, the young man, the virgin, little children and women; but don’t come near any man on whom is the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.”
Then they began at the old men who were before the house.
⁷ He said to them, “Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!”
They went out, and struck in the city. ⁸ While they were killing, and I was left, I fell on my face, and cried, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you destroy all the residue of Israel in your pouring out of your wrath on Jerusalem?”
⁹ Then he said to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perversion; for they say, ‘Yahweh has forsaken the land, and Yahweh doesn’t see.’ ¹⁰ As for me also, my eye won’t spare, neither will I have pity, but I will bring their way on their head.”
¹¹ Behold, the man clothed in linen, who had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, “I have done as you have commanded me,”” Ezekiel 9:3-11

“⁶ He said to me, “These words are faithful and true. The Lord God of the spirits of the prophets sent his angel to show to his bondservants the things which must happen soon.”
⁷ “Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
⁸ Now I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. When I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who had shown me these things. ⁹ He said to me, “See you don’t do it! I am a fellow bondservant with you and with your brothers, the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” ¹⁰ He said to me, “Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. ¹¹ He who acts unjustly, let him act unjustly still. He who is filthy, let him be filthy still. He who is righteous, let him do righteousness still. He who is holy, let him be holy still.”
¹² “Behold, I come quickly. My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work. ¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. ¹⁴ Blessed are those who do his commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city. ¹⁵ Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. ¹⁶ I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify these things to you for the assemblies. I am the root and the offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
¹⁷ The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” He who hears, let him say, “Come!” He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely,” Revelation 22:6-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
