If it isn’t bathed in LOVE…

Don’t do it! What ever your doing, or plan to do, if it’s outside of love, and you do not have a peace about it, DON’T DO IT!

If you are between a rock and a hard place, let love soften both. If what you are doing is causing pain to your brother or sister, and making it easy on you, it’s not love, it’s selfishness and will bring division to My body. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. ^[8] Charity never fails: 1 Corinthians 13:7-8.

Ask yourself, is this about Me or them? If it’s about you, you know the answer.

The Rat Pack Spirit

This spirit is prevalent in many that once knew Me. It is a fear based spirit that has a pit bull grip in the heart and is well hidden for years with the words, “Gods Favor.” This hoarding spirit accumulates, accumulates, accumulates until there is no more room. Lands, houses and things replace Me. A long lasting friendship or marriage is impossible because this spirit causes one to be married to self . “Don’t touch my stuff, it’s mine, mine, mine,” and “I want more, I want more, I want more,” becomes their silent worship song.

Some leaders have pack rat spirits, convincing others to help them build their empires in My name. They claim the more lands, buildings and things they possess, the more of My favor rests on them. “The ground in America has brought forth plentifully: ^[17] And the pack rat spirit thinks within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? ^[18] And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my ministry fruits and my goods. ^[19] And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry, enjoy the blessings of the Lord!

The American Dream is actually heavens nightmare, and to the pack rat spirit it will become the grand nightmare of all times, when I say, “You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose shall those things be, which you have built up? ^[21] So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward Me,” Luke 12:16-21. “My kingdom does not have a poverty mentality, I owned the cattle on a thousand hills, yet when I was on earth the foxes had holes, and birds of the air had nests; but I had no place to lay My head,” Luke 9:58 because all I did was give.

Herein lies the deceitfulness of riches: the world says, “the more you possess the more successful you are,” but the carnal and backslidden Christians say, “the more you possess, the more of My favor you have,” These are both lies from the same hell. All lands, buildings, and things are given for one purpose: to be given away again. As believers are made disciples, they are to be released and sent out with tools, lands and buildings and things to do the work of the ministry. They are to be released to repeat the process of giving away again. Once it’s released your name should no longer be on it! If you gave it you gave it! Leaders that attempt to replace Me and become little gods over their stuff will be shaken to the core, when I crush the pack rat spirit and collapse their empires.

The true leader that has great treasure in heaven, has learned to give away and totally release all claim to the millions I pass through his hands on earth. “You will know the riches of the world are being handled the kingdom way, because when you pray, the place where you are assembled together will be shaken; and all will be filled with the Holy Ghost, and you will speak My word with boldness. ^[32] And the multitude of you that meet together, will be of one heart and of one soul: and neither will any say that’s mine, you can’t have it. But each will say, the things which I possess are not mine to keep and own; but you will have all things common. ^[33] Then your witness will have great power and give a true witness of My resurrection: and great grace will be upon all of you.

You will know the pack rat spirit is broken, when there is none among among you that lack: for as many of you that are possessors of lands or houses will have sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, ^[35] and laid them down at the apostles’ feet: for the specific purpose of distributing unto every man according as he had need,” Acts 4:31-35. I leave you with this warning, because of the American mindset this lifestyle will not be easy, as a matter of fact, “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for an average American, to enter into the Kingdom of God,” Mark 10:25.

Jim Hammerle (1941-2017) began ministry working with David Wilkerson and Nicky Cruz, founding Teen Challenge Philadelphia. 6 times in the mission field pastoring a mission ship, 15 years with tv and radio, teaching, and preaching.  As a retired businessman, Jim helped to feed widows and orphans in Uganda, helping Muslims find the Jesus who fed them. He became His banker and was privileged to give His money away, wherever He decided, so he also helping to build an orphanage in Haiti and investing in lives in the USA. Totally in love with his Lord, at age 73 he served in ministry at Victory Christian Church and lived every hour listening for his Heavenly Father’s voice.  Jim passed away on May 23, 2017 to be with the LORD.
