“If anyone hears my teachings and fails to observe them [does not keep them, but disregards them], it is not I who judges him. For I have not come to judge and to condemn and to pass sentence and to inflict penalty on the world, but to save the world.
Anyone who rejects me and persistently sets me at naught, refusing to accept my teachings, has his judge [however]; for the [very] message (original text — *rhema) that I have spoken will itself judge and convict him at the last day,” John 12:47—48 AMP.

*Rhema — God inspired words given utterance.

The prophet does not judge. The prophet does not speak of his own accord.

The prophet does not think or reason about what he is called upon to say — the prophet gives (rhema) utterance!

He/ she speaks only what they hear, and what they hear and speak, becomes a blessing or a judgement upon their hearers — depending upon how it is received.

The prophet is the most loving, meek, kind and humble of servants — yet, as his master, bold as a lion!

The prophet — just as his master, wishes no harm and will give himself as ransom for others to be saved.

In many instances he does so — facing the rejection of men, being slandered, excluded from the company of those who should embrace him, and in giving himself as a living sacrifice by being god’s authentic voice from above!

The nature of the prophet is not aggressive, neither high minded — yet when he speaks, he speaks with heavenly authority and causes every demonic stronghold to tremble at God’s words!

Prophets never bend God’s Word — for in doing so, it would mean that they would crucify the LORD Jesus Christ again in their betrayal of disobeying him.

They do not have a ministry — they “Are” a ministry — and their ministry is Christ — in living demonstration!
