Declarations & Decrees: The Presence & Mercy of the LORD Is Washing Over the Earth – Visible Within His People!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are to SEPARATE yourself from the hectic pace and busyness to wait upon the Lord, as Moses pitched the tent of meeting FAR AWAY from camp.
  ALLOW YOURSELF TO SLOW DOWN and enter His Presence.
• I decree and declare we are THANKFUL for God’s SALVATION, to be WASHED by the Blood of the Lamb with the indwelling of Holy Spirit, to have the OPPORTUNITY to enter behind the VEIL.
  Father, we SEEK YOUR FACE, we desire to WALK IN YOUR WILL ALONE.
  As Joshua dwelt continually in the tent of meeting, so we desire to ALWAYS DWELL IN YOUR PRESENCE.
• I declare the LORD KNOWS YOU BY NAME!
  As you walk in HIS WAY and are OBEDIENT to His prompting, YOU FIND FAVOR in His sight.
  He SHOWS you His ways, so that you UNDERSTAND God’s will and plan for your life.
• I decree and declare you are to RELAX and be at peace; the PRESENCE of the Lord GOES WITH YOU!
  You, who are diligent to SEEK HIS WILL AND GUIDANCE in your Life, are LEAD BY and PROTECTED by the Lord.
  The PRESENCE of God, His Glory, is what distinguishes you from all the other peoples on the Earth.
• I declare the Lord God sent His Son to be born of a virgin, to BRING JACOB back to Him, to have ISRAEL gathered to Him.
  Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is honored in the sight of the Lord, His God.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah was not only God’s Servant to RAISE UP the tribes of Jacob and restore the offspring of Israel.
  He made Him a LIGHT to the Nations, so His Salvation could spread to the ENDS of the Earth!
• I decree and declare when Kings SEE YOU, joint-heirs with Christ/ Messiah, they will stand up; princes too will prostrate themselves, because of the Lord, who is FAITHFUL, the Holy One of Israel, who has CHOSEN YOU! (Romans 8:17)
• I decree and declare at the time God chooses, He will answer you; on the day of SALVATION, He will help you.
  He has PRESERVED YOU, and He has APPOINTED YOU to bring the Covenant of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua to the People, to RESTORE the Land and distribute again its ruined inheritances to their owners.
• I decree and declare the Lord is RELEASING THE CAPTIVES; those who have been in darkness are free to show themselves.
  They will feed along the paths, and all the high hills will be their pastures.
  They will be NEITHER HUNGRY nor THIRSTY; neither scorching wind nor sun will strike them, for He who has MERCY on them will lead them and guide them to SPRINGS OF WATER.
• I decree and declare the Mighty One has done great things for me!
  Indeed, His Name is HOLY, and in every generation He has MERCY on those who FEAR Him.
  He performs MIGHTY DEEDS with His arm, routs the secretly proud, brings down rulers from their thrones, raises up the humble, and fills the hungry with good things.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp. ⁸ And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, that all the people would arise and stand, each at the entrance of his tent, and gaze after Moses until he entered the tent. ⁹ Whenever Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent; and the Lord would speak with Moses. ¹⁰ When all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people would arise and worship, each at the entrance of his tent. ¹¹ Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses returned to the camp, his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent. ¹² Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people!’ But You Yourself have not let me know whom You will send with me. Moreover, You have said, ‘I have known you by name, and you have also found favor in My sight.’ ¹³ Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.” ¹⁴ And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” ¹⁵ Then he said to Him, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here. ¹⁶ For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?” Exodus 33:7-16.

“⁵ And now says the Lord, who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him, so that Israel might be gathered to Him (for I am honored in the sight of the Lord, and My God is My strength), ⁶ He says, “It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also make You a light of the nations so that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.” ⁷ Thus says the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel and its Holy One, to the despised One, to the One abhorred by the nation, to the Servant of rulers, “Kings will see and arise, princes will also bow down, because of the Lord who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel who has chosen You.” ⁸ Thus says the Lord, “In a favorable time I have answered You, and in a day of salvation I have helped You; and I will keep You and give You for a covenant of the people, to restore the land, to make them inherit the desolate heritages; ⁹ Saying to those who are bound, ‘Go forth,’ to those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’ Along the roads they will feed, and their pasture will be on all bare heights. ¹⁰ “They will not hunger or thirst, nor will the scorching heat or sun strike them down; for He who has compassion on them will lead them and will guide them to springs of water. ¹¹ “I will make all My mountains a road, and My highways will be raised up. ¹² “Behold, these will come from afar; and lo, these will come from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Sinim.” ¹³ Shout for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains! For the Lord has comforted His people and will have compassion on His afflicted,” Isaiah 49:5-13.

“⁴⁹ “For the Mighty One has done great things for me; and holy is His name. ⁵⁰ “And His mercy is upon generation after generation toward those who fear Him. ⁵¹ “He has done mighty deeds with His arm; He has scattered those who were proud in the thoughts of their heart. ⁵² “He has brought down rulers from their thrones and has exalted those who were humble. ⁵³ “He has filled the hungry with good things; and sent away the rich empty-handed. ⁵⁴ “He has given help to Israel His servant, in remembrance of His mercy, ⁵⁵ as He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and his descendants forever,” Luke 1:49-55.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
