I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the PATH and WAY of the Lord/ Adonai are CERTAIN.
  Do not attempt to justify your own choices by the GOODNESS and MERCY of our God/ Elohim.
  If you are going out in your own strength while speaking of the Lord/ Adonai, HE WILL CONFRONT YOU, for you are OPPOSING God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare the Angel of the Lord/ Adonai is sent to block your way, to keep you on the ASSIGNMENT of the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai.
  Do not be surprised if the animals speak!
  God is SOVEREIGN and His COMMANDS cannot be taken lightly.
• I decree and declare you will have DISCERNMENT concerning ANGER.
  Selfish, self-willed Anger is not to be tolerated.
  It is a sign that the Individual is NOT SEEKING God’s/ Elohim’s guidance, but their own advancement.
  Only RIGHTEOUS Anger has a place in the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KNOWS the Way you take, even when you don’t sense His PRESENCE.
  When He TESTS you, you will come out like GOLD!
• I decree and declare my FEET are staying in the Lord’s/ Adonai’s FOOTSTEPS; I KEEP to His WAY without turning aside.
  I will not withdraw from His lips’ COMMAND; I treasure His Words MORE THAN MY DAILY FOOD.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai HAS NO EQUAL; none is in position to judge Him.
  WHAT HE DESIRES HE DOES!
  He will ACCOMPLISH what is decreed for me, and He has many plans like this.
  He knows each of us by Name and does not fall short in His DESIGN for your Life.
• I decree and declare I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, my Counselor; at Night my inmost being INSTRUCTS me.
  Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh STRENGTHENS and REFRESHES me as I sleep.
  I ALWAYS SET the Lord/ Adonai BEFORE me; with Him at my right hand, I CAN NEVER BE MOVED; so my heart is glad, my glory REJOICES, and my body too RESTS in SAFETY!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, MAKE ME KNOW the PATH of LIFE; in Your PRESENCE is UNBOUNDED JOY, in Your Right Hand ETERNAL DELIGHT!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²² But God was angry because he was going, and the angel of the Lord took his stand in the way as an adversary against him. Now he was riding on his donkey and his two servants were with him. ²³ When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way with his drawn sword in his hand, the donkey turned off from the way and went into the field; but Balaam struck the donkey to turn her back into the way. ²⁴ Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path of the vineyards, with a wall on this side and a wall on that side. ²⁵ When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, she pressed herself to the wall and pressed Balaam’s foot against the wall, so he struck her again. ²⁶ The angel of the Lord went further, and stood in a narrow place where there was no way to turn to the right hand or the left. ²⁷ When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, she lay down under Balaam; so Balaam was angry and struck the donkey with his stick. ²⁸ And the Lord opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, “What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?” ²⁹ Then Balaam said to the donkey, “Because you have made a mockery of me! If there had been a sword in my hand, I would have killed you by now.” ³⁰ The donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your donkey on which you have ridden all your life to this day? Have I ever been accustomed to do so to you?” And he said, “No.”
³¹ Then the Lord opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way with his drawn sword in his hand; and he bowed all the way to the ground. ³² The angel of the Lord said to him, “Why have you struck your donkey these three times? Behold, I have come out as an adversary, because your way was contrary to me. ³³ But the donkey saw me and turned aside from me these three times. If she had not turned aside from me, I would surely have killed you just now, and let her live.” ³⁴ Balaam said to the angel of the Lord, “I have sinned, for I did not know that you were standing in the way against me. Now then, if it is displeasing to you, I will turn back.” ³⁵ But the angel of the Lord said to Balaam, “Go with the men, but you shall speak only the word which I tell you.” So Balaam went along with the leaders of Balak,” Numbers 22:22-35.

“⁸ “Behold, I go forward but He is not there, and backward, but I cannot perceive Him; ⁹ When He acts on the left, I cannot behold Him; He turns on the right, I cannot see Him. ¹⁰ “But He knows the way I take; when He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold. ¹¹ “My foot has held fast to His path; I have kept His way and not turned aside. ¹² “I have not departed from the command of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food. ¹³ “But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does. ¹⁴ “For He performs what is appointed for me, and many such decrees are with Him,” Job 23:8-14.

“⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:7-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
