Declarations & Decrees: The One True God Does What He Proclaims — It is Not by Coincidence!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare, though there are many plans in a man’s heart, ONLY THE COUNSEL OF THE LORD/ ADONAI WILL STAND!
  The FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai leads to LIFE, and he who has it RESTS SATISFIED, UNTOUCHED BY HARM!
• I decree and declare, though the DETAILS of life appear random, the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh GUIDES even the Unbeliever to ACCOMPLISH HIS WILL — to be the neighbor showing Compassion from the Heart of God/ Elohim.
  Those who are religious do not hear the VOICE of the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare I REMEMBER the former things of old!
  For the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is the only TRUE GOD/ ELOHIM — there is no other.
  He is God/ Elohim — there is none like Him — who declares the end from the beginning, from ancient time, what is yet to come!
• I decree and declare the word of the Lord/ Adonai, “MY PURPOSE WILL STAND, and I will ACCOMPLISH ALL that I please.”
  He calls a bird of prey from the East and a Man for HIS PURPOSE from a far Country.
  GOD/ ELOHIM HAS SPOKEN and He will bring it to pass; He has PLANNED it; SURELY HE WILL DO IT!
• I decree and declare I will not fear those who come to harm, for there is NOTHING CONCEALED THAT WILL NOT BE REVEALED and nothing hidden that will not be made known.
  What the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh tells me in the darkness, I WILL SPEAK IN THE LIGHT; and what I hear in my ear, I WILL PROCLAIM FROM THE HOUSETOPS!
• I decree and declare that I WILL NOT FEAR those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
  Instead, I FEAR GOD ALMIGHTY/ EL SHADDAI Who is ABLE to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KEEPS HIS EYE on the Sparrows — not one of them falls to the ground apart from His consent.
  He numbers all the hairs of my head; I WILL NOT FEAR; I am WORTH MORE than many Sparrows.
• I decree and declare that I ACKNOWLEDGE JESUS CHRIST/ YESHUA MESSIAH before men, so He will also ACKNOWLEDGE ME before His Father Who is in Heaven!
• I decree and declare the WHOLE CREATION GROANS together and suffers birth pains until now — and not only Creation, but even ourselves.
  We ourselves, who have the Firstfruits of the Spirit/ Ruach, GROAN INWARDLY as we EAGERLY WAIT FOR ADOPTION — the Redemption of our body!
• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach helps in our weakness.
  For we do not know how to PRAY as we should, but the Spirit/ Ruach Himself INTERCEDES FOR US with groans too deep for words.
  And He Who SEARCHES THE HEARTS knows the mind of the Spirit/ Ruach, because He INTERCEDES FOR THE SAINTS/ KEDOSHIM according to the will of God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE GOD, WHO ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE!
  For He foreknew and PREDESTINED us to be CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, so that He might be the Firstborn among many brothers and sisters.
  And those whom He PREDESTINED, He also CALLED; and those whom He CALLED, He also JUSTIFIED; and those whom He JUSTIFIED HE ALSO GLORIFIED.
  IF GOD IS FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US?
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁰ Listen to counsel and receive instruction, that you may be wise in your latter end. ²¹ There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail. ²² That which makes a man to be desired is his kindness. A poor man is better than a liar. ²³ The fear of Yahweh leads to life, then contentment; he rests and will not be touched by trouble,” Proverbs 19:20-23.

“³⁰ Jesus answered, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. ³¹ By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side. ³² In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side. ³³ But a certain Samaritan, as he traveled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion, ³⁴ came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him. ³⁵ On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the host, and said to him, ‘Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.’ ³⁶ Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?”
³⁷ He said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.” Luke 10:30-37.

“⁸ “Remember this, and show yourselves men. Bring it to mind again, you transgressors.
⁹ Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is no other. I am God, and there is none like me.
¹⁰ I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done.
I say: My counsel will stand, and I will do all that I please.
¹¹ I call a ravenous bird from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. Yes, I have spoken.
I will also bring it to pass. I have planned. I will also do it.
¹² Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted, who are far from righteousness! ¹³ I bring my righteousness near. It is not far off, and my salvation will not wait. I will grant salvation to Zion, my glory to Israel,” Isaiah 46:8-13.

“²⁴ “A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his lord. ²⁵ It is enough for the disciple that he be like his teacher, and the servant like his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household! ²⁶ Therefore don’t be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. ²⁷ What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim on the housetops. ²⁸ Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
²⁹ “Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. ³⁰ But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. ³¹ Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows. ³² Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven. ³³ But whoever denies me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven,” Matthew 10:24-33.

“¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. ¹⁹ For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. ²³ Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body. ²⁴ For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.
²⁶ In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. ²⁷ He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.
²⁸ We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. ²⁹ For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. ³⁰ Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified.
³¹ What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:18-31

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
