The Missing Link

The Missing Link….
The ministry of the Holy Spirit, which comprises of the Holy Ghost baptism, is a teaching which is fast evaporating from today’s modern day Churches.
That is why the believers today are so susceptible to all form of stupid art and acts of sorcery disguising itself in the prophetic cloak!
When Paul met the disciples in Acts 19, his concern was “Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed?”
So long as the ministry of the Holy Spirit is missing today, we will always never get it right.
He is the missing link today and that’s why we can hardly recognise believers and separate them from the mixed multitudes!
Let me quickly chip this in… How many of our programs today end up with the baptism of the Holy Ghost?
In those days and now in our crusades, we always reserved the last day of every meeting as Holy Ghost baptism, as we preach and teach, “On the last day of the feast, Jesus cried saying, “If any man, thirst let him come to Me and drink the water of life.“
Our desire after getting people saved was to fill them up with the Holy Ghost…..
Sadly today the case is different…. Raising of money is the motive behind most meeting’s…
Oh what a colossal failure…
A Generation That Needs to Be Re-tutored
“But ye have not so learned Christ; if so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in jesus,” Ephesians 4:20-21.
I think this verse holds a lot of truth for us today.
The foundation of any building determines it’s strength! The foundation determines the kind of structure that can be built on it!
It is absolutely useless to build a 5 story building in a 3″ (75mm) deep foundation.
The disaster is best imagined than experienced. Such structures will claim lives living in them.
Funny enough, this is happening in the body of Christ…..
Many people claiming to be ministers of God today have no depth, yet want to build a skyscraper destiny.
They eventually become disasters waiting to manifest tomorrow!
Every pastor is a lecturer on the pulpit, but must return to be a student outside the pulpit!
The learning from Christ has no graduation, it is a school of continuous learning.
But sadly, many are not patient and have therefore graduated themselves, certificated themselves, approved themselves and recommended themselves…. Hmmmmmm….
But there is a generation within this generation who are so different. You will know them the moment you meet them!
They are perfumed with the fragrant knowledge of Jesus Christ, clothed in the garments of humility, so different from the mixed multitude of this generation.
They are the ones who didn’t learn Christ the way these others have.
Their concept of ministry is all about Jesus! He is their message and song! He is their driving and motivational force!
To them ministry is all about serving, not to be served! They are giving to their immediate society back more than they received from it! To them it’s all about Jesus!
These days, I get tired of the kind of teachings I hear in what we term “Church.”
Hardly do you ever hear the name Jesus from most pulpits, even though they claim to be of Him!

This is fresh rhema word because what I see happening in the church today is so dis- heartening. When I minister it seems it’s from a pessimistic spirit but it’s the word of God. Also, what I see happening is ministers always speaking Hods word as if it’s benefits are available to all. No one speaks truth anymore. This generation is so lost including the so-called church.
