Dear friends,

Through The Prayer Strategy for the Spheres of Influence, we condemn Melbourne synagogue attack.

We stand by our Jewish brothers and sisters asking our Prime Minister to act now.

We have zero tolerance for Antisemitism. Antisemitism is a spiritual condition — a manifestation of the spirit of Amalek and Antichrist through people and organizations.

Ask The Holy Spirit to reveal to us the roots of this spirit in Australia, so we can stand together and repent of any known antisemitism in our cities, states, and nation.

This would include prejudices, antisemitic jokes, and off-color remarks, violence, harassment of our Jewish brothers and sisters, hate and intimidation.

Then let us stand in the gap and repent of any known antisemitic acts that occurred lately.

These unrepented sins open the door for the spirit of Antichrist and Amalek to have a foothold in our cities, states, and our nation.

Repenting and being filled with His truth will protect and arm us for battle as we pray against antisemitism.

Claiming God’s mercy upon our nation

Let us approach God in humility, asking Him to restore and bless our nation, to pour out His mercy, and to guide us back to righteousness.

In our prayers for Australia, let us ask for God’s wisdom for our leaders, discernment for our lawmakers, and courage for those who defend truth and justice.

Prayer that The LORD Will Restore Favor to the Land

“To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.
Lord, You have been favourable to Your land; You have brought back the captivity of Jacob.
You have forgiven the iniquity of Your people; You have covered all their sin. Selah
You have taken away all Your wrath; You have turned from the fierceness of Your anger.
Restore us, O God of our salvation, and cause Your anger toward us to cease.
Will You be angry with us forever? Will You prolong Your anger to all generations? Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?
Show us Your mercy, LORD, and grant us Your Salvation.
I will hear what God The LORD will speak, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly.
Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and Truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed. Truth shall spring out of the earth, and Righteousness shall look down from heaven.

Protection

Pray for the protection of Jewish people worldwide and especially for the nation of Israel. (Psalm 121 NKJV)

“God the Help of Those Who Seek Him

I will lift up my eyes to the hills — from whence comes my help?
My help comes from The LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.
The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.” Psalm 121:1-8.

Truth

Pray for the truth to be revealed and all lies and prejudices that fuel antisemitism to stop.

“and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” 2 Thessalonians 2:10 NKJV

Plans and Plots

Pray that all campaigns, plans, threats, or strategies against the Jewish people in Australia and overseas and in the land of Israel — whether at the hands of individuals, groups, or nations — are exposed before they can cause harm. (Psalm 83 NKJV)

Fear and Intimidation

We take authority over the spirits of fear and intimidation and rebuke those spirits asking our God to bless our Jewish brothers and sisters, let The Holy Spirit be their guide and protect them during this horrible time.

Dear God, we come before You today with our hearts full of uncertainty.

The fear of the unknown seems to overwhelm us, but we know that You hold our future and the future of our Jewish brothers and sisters in Your hands.

Help us to trust You with every step we take, even when the path ahead seems unclear.

Grant us Your peace that surpasses all understanding and help us to surrender all fears and intimidation to You.

“Fear not, for I AM with you; be not dismayed, for I AM your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 NKJV

God’s Promises to Israel

The Bible clearly tells us that Israel is the only nation founded by a sovereign act of God.

It all started when God told Abraham to “get out of his country, from his family and from his father’s house, to a land that He will show him” (Genesis 12:1)

God promises in His Word that He will protect Israel, the apple of His eye.

“For this is what The LORD Almighty says: After the Glorious One has sent me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye.” Zechariah 2:8

“Like an eagle that stirs up its nest and hovers over its young, that spreads its wings to catch them and carries them aloft. The LORD alone led him; no foreign god was with him.” Deuteronomy 32:11-12

“Blessed are you, Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by The LORD? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword. Your enemies will cower before you, and you will tread on their heights.” Deuteronomy 33:29

“I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” Isaiah 46:4b

“Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you — The LORD is your shade at your right hand. The LORD will keep you from all harm — he will watch over your life.” Psalm 121:4-5,7
