The Lovingkindness
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
Thy Lovingkindness
Thy Lovingkindness never runs dry
It’s always waiting for a thirsty passerby;
Tired and searching,
Looking for the Truth
And almost giving up
Until Thy Lovingkindness draws them to You
In some inexplicable way,
Thy Lovingkindness will always be a mystery…
For those who dare drink from Thy Well
Their eyes are opened
Their minds transformed
Their hearts belong to the one Who set them free
Oh Jesus, Thy Lovingkindness is like no other…
In some inexplicable way,
Thy Lovingkindness will always be a mystery…
In their spirit they hear Your Voice:
“I AM the Way, and the Truth and the Life…
There is no other who can give what I offer…
I have loved you with an everlasting love;
Therefore I have continued My Faithfulness to you…”
Thy Lovingkindness never runs dry
It’s always waiting for a thirsty passerby;
Tired and searching,
Looking for the Truth
And almost giving up
Until Thy Lovingkindness draws them to You
In some inexplicable way,
Thy Lovingkindness will always be a mystery…
In some inexplicable way,
Thy Lovingkindness will always be
A mystery and a blessing…

“Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.” “Where do you want us to prepare for it?” they asked.
He replied, “As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, and say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ He will show you a large room upstairs, all furnished. Make preparations there.” They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover.” Luke 22:8-13
“Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” ” John 4:13-14
