I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are STANDING STRONG, teaching and sharing the Words of the Lord.
  You do not allow anyone to look down on you because of your youth or lack of training; on the contrary, you SET AN EXAMPLE in your speech, behavior, LOVE, trust and PURITY.
• I decree and declare you DO NOT NEGLECT the gift God has placed within you.
  You are DILIGENT in the work set before you; THROWING YOURSELF INTO IT, so that your progress is CLEAR to Everyone!
  You PAY ATTENTION to yourself and to TEACHING, and continue in it, so that by doing so you are delivering yourself and those who hear you.
• I decree and declare to the Lord, “Your INSTRUCTION is a WONDER therefore I FOLLOW IT!
  Your WORDS are a DOORWAY that lets in the LIGHT, and GIVES UNDERSTANDING; I long for your TEACHINGS, to HEAR Your VOICE, Lord!”
• I decree and declare the Lord’s FAVOR is upon you.
  He GUIDES your footsteps by His Word; no sin will rule in your life.
  YOU ARE REDEEMED from human oppression, and you OBSERVE the precepts of the Lord.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s FACE SHINES upon you and HE TEACHES you His instructions and His ways.
  His Word REFINES to complete PURITY, and you are immersed in HIS LOVE.
• I decree and declare the Lord is RIGHTEOUS and His RULINGS are UPRIGHT!
  The Lord has commanded His instructions in RIGHTEOUSNESS and GREAT FAITHFULNESS!
  The Lord’s RIGHTEOUSNESS is ETERNAL, and His LAW, His WORDS, are TRUTH!
• I decree and declare you REJOICE because you are in UNION with the Lord!
  Everyone SEES how REASONABLE and GENTLE you are.
  You focus your thoughts on what is TRUE, NOBLE, RIGHTEOUS, PURE, LOVABLE or ADMIRABLE, on some virtue or on something praiseworthy!
• I decree and declare the Lord is NEAR!
  NOTHING worries you, because you make your requests known to God by PRAYER and petition, with THANKSGIVING!
  God’s Peace/ Shalom, which PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, KEEPS your hearts and minds SAFE in union with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare we RELY ON GOD, not on ourselves. The times we have felt under the sentence of death was to get us to rely on Him.
  We know His GREAT HAND has RESCUED us from deadly peril and HE WILL RESCUE US AGAIN!
• I decree and declare that you CONDUCT YOURSELVES with FRANKNESS and GODLY PURENESS of motive – not of worldly wisdom but by GOD-GIVEN GRACE.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹¹ Prescribe and teach these things. ¹² Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe. ¹³ Until I come, give attention to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation and teaching. ¹⁴ Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you, which was bestowed on you through prophetic utterance with the laying on of hands by the presbytery. ¹⁵ Take pains with these things; be absorbed in them, so that your progress will be evident to all. ¹⁶ Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in these things, for as you do this you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you,” 1 Timothy 4:11-16.

“¹²⁹ Your testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul observes them. ¹³⁰ The unfolding of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple. ¹³¹ I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for Your commandments. ¹³² Turn to me and be gracious to me, after Your manner with those who love Your name. ¹³³ Establish my footsteps in Your word, and do not let any iniquity have dominion over me. ¹³⁴ Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep Your precepts. ¹³⁵ Make Your face shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statutes. ¹³⁶ My eyes shed streams of water, because they do not keep Your law. ¹³⁷ Righteous are You, O Lord, and upright are Your judgments. ¹³⁸ You have commanded Your testimonies in righteousness and exceeding faithfulness. ¹³⁹ My zeal has consumed me, because my adversaries have forgotten Your words. ¹⁴⁰ Your word is very pure, therefore Your servant loves it. ¹⁴¹ I am small and despised, Yet I do not forget Your precepts. ¹⁴² Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your law is truth. ¹⁴³ Trouble and anguish have come upon me, Yet Your commandments are my delight. ¹⁴⁴ Your testimonies are righteous forever; give me understanding that I may live,” Psalm 119:129-144.

“⁴ Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! ⁵ Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. ⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ⁸ Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. ⁹ The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you,” Philippians 4:4-9.

” ⁹ indeed, we had the sentence of death within ourselves so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead; ¹⁰ who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us, ¹¹ you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many. ¹² For our proud confidence is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you. ¹³ For we write nothing else to you than what you read and understand, and I hope you will understand until the end; ¹⁴ just as you also partially did understand us, that we are your reason to be proud as you also are ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus,” 2 Corinthians 1:9-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
