Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Surrounds Me With Songs of Deliverance
Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Surrounds Me With Songs of Deliverance — He Rescues Me From All My Fears!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I give THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai with all my Heart.
I will tell of Your Wonderful DEEDS, Lord/ Adonai.
I will be GLAD and exult in You! I will SING PRAISE to Your Name, Most High/ ’Elyon! - I decree and declare as my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You, Lord/ Adonai!
For You upheld my cause as JUST, sitting on the Throne as the RIGHTEOUS Judge.
You REBUKE the Nations, DESTROY the wicked, blot out their name FOREVER and EVER! - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is ENTHRONED FOREVER; He has set up His Throne for Judgment.
He will JUDGE the World in RIGHTEOUSNESS; He will JUDGE the Peoples fairly.
I proclaim God’s/ Elohim’s deeds among the Peoples.
For the Avenger of blood REMEMBERS them, He does not ignore the cry of the afflicted. - I decree and declare BLESSED are those whose offense is FORGIVEN, those whose SIN is covered, by the Blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
Blessed are those to whom the Lord/ Adonai IMPUTES NO GUILT, in whose spirit is no deceit! - I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, are a HIDING PLACE for me, You KEEP me from distress; You SURROUND me with Songs of DELIVERANCE!
The Lord/ Adonai has promised, “I will instruct and teach you in this way that you are to go; I will give you counsel; My eyes will be watching you.” - I decree and declare I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai at all times; His PRAISE is always in my mouth.
I will boast only in the Lord/ Adonai; the Humble will hear of it and be glad.
I SOUGHT the Lord/ Adonai, and He ANSWERED me, and He RESCUED me from ALL MY FEARS. - I decree and declare as God PROMISED, He brought to Israel, through the lineage of David, a DELIVERER, Jesus/ Yeshua.
Before the coming of Jesus/ Yeshua, John/ Yochanan PROCLAIMED to all the People of Israel an Immersion/ Baptism in connection with TURNING to God from sin.
John/ Yochanan made it clear that he was not the Christ/ Messiah; that after him was coming someone, the sandals of whose feet he was UNWORTHY to untie. - I decree and declare the Deliverer, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, was sent to the sons of Abraham/ Avraham.
The people living in Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim and their leaders did not RECOGNIZE who Jesus/ Yeshua was or UNDERSTAND the message of the Prophets read every Sabbath/ Shabbat, so they fulfilled that message by condemning him.
Jesus/ Yeshua was killed, the LAMB that was SLAIN, bearing the GUILT of Mankind, CONQUERING DEATH and the grave, and RAISED from the dead, that we might have LIFE! - I decree and declare God RAISED Jesus/ Yeshua from the dead, to return to decay no more.
For God would not let His HOLY ONE see decay.
Through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is PROCLAIMED FORGIVENESS of sins; That is, God CLEARS Everyone who puts his TRUST in this man! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. 2 I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.
3 When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You. 4 For You have maintained my just cause; You have sat on the throne judging righteously. 5 You have rebuked the nations, You have destroyed the wicked; You have blotted out their name forever and ever. 6 The enemy has come to an end in perpetual ruins, and You have uprooted the cities; the very memory of them has perished.
7 But the Lord abides forever; He has established His throne for judgment, 8 And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity. 9 The Lord also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble; 10 And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.
11 Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion; declare among the peoples His deeds. 12 For He who requires blood remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted. 13 Be gracious to me, O Lord; see my affliction from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, 14 That I may tell of all Your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation,” Psalm 9:1-14.
“1 How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered! 2 How blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit!
3 When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away through my groaning all day long. 4 For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. Selah. 5 I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not hide; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”; and You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah. 6 Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him. 7 You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. 9 Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, otherwise they will not come near to you. 10 Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who trusts in the Lord, lovingkindness shall surround him. 11 Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous ones; and shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart,” Psalm 32:1-11.
“1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. 3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed,” Psalm 34:1-5.
“23 From the descendants of this man, according to promise, God has brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus, 24 after John had proclaimed before His coming a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel. 25 And while John was completing his course, he kept saying, ‘What do you suppose that I am? I am not He. But behold, one is coming after me the sandals of whose feet I am not worthy to untie.’
26 “Brethren, sons of Abraham’s family, and those among you who fear God, to us the message of this salvation has been sent. 27 For those who live in Jerusalem, and their rulers, recognizing neither Him nor the utterances of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled these by condemning Him. 28 And though they found no ground for putting Him to death, they asked Pilate that He be executed. 29 When they had carried out all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the cross and laid Him in a tomb. 30 But God raised Him from the dead; 31 and for many days He appeared to those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, the very ones who are now His witnesses to the people. 32 And we preach to you the good news of the promise made to the fathers, 33 that God has fulfilled this promise to our children in that He raised up Jesus, as it is also written in the second Psalm, ‘You are My Son; today i have begotten You.’ 34 As for the fact that He raised Him up from the dead, no longer to return to decay, He has spoken in this way: ‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings of David.’ 35 Therefore He also says in another Psalm, ‘You will not allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.’ 36 For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep, and was laid among his fathers and underwent decay; 37 but He whom God raised did not undergo decay. 38 Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, 39 and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses,” Acts 13:23-39.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
