God is certainly doing greater things in the lives of those that have made themselves available for change and transition.

Many persons may not understand the changes you are making, but as you obey The Lord, your transition and change will be smooth.

The administrative changes that have to be made for many of you because of your elevation, and new orders, may be devastating to those being shifted, replaced, or removed, but no change is ever without some degree of pain attached to it.

Those who must be shifted, replaced, or removed, have to be spiritually matured to handle them, being displaced from their comfortable place.

The shaping up of your vision, is necessary when God is calling you to increase expand and promotion. Many don’t understand my replacement of my assistant, but it was necessary for her growth and also for the new things God is doing in the ministry.

I always say, no matter what people think or say, obey The Lord. Do people question my decisions. Yes they do, when they operate in the flesh, but they’re not understanding certain personal decisions as they pertain to me and my walk with God. They do not change the mission mandate or vision that God has given me to do.

Never let the opinion of people stop you from following the directions and instructions of God. A person opinion is never more important than your God given assignment. As many of you right now are being pulled into greater dimensions in ministry, and a higher area of excellence, remember there will always be those who won’t, don’t, and can’t, understand your actions and decisions. Don’t deviate from the plan of God! Stay in a position of obedience with The Lord and remain steadfast in what God has called you to do.

The greatest injustice you can do to yourself and those you lead is to remain in a place spiritually, that God has asked you to vacate.

Your movement opens up more availability for their movement, because as you grow and the vision grows, it will be able to accommodate the growth of those assigned to the vision.

God will always make room for those He has connected, to help them to get properly trained and taught, before they are released by Him to go forth into their vision. It’s when leaders don’t change, or allow room for growth and utilized those assigned to help with the vision, that we see havoc develop in a ministry!
