I will heal your shattered life, your incurable wounds and your broken heart, says the LORD.

For I can give you joy in exchange for your sorrow. I can give you peace for your unrest, and I can turn things around for you.

I can invade every dark place with My marvelous light. I AM the resurrection and the life, and I can give you NEW LIFE, says the LORD.

Defeat is not what I have for you. Depression is not from Me. I did not create you to dwell in darkness and despair. I created you as a child of light and gave you abundant life in Me, says the LORD.

I will comfort you on every side, even though you have been troubled on every side. For I AM your comforter. I AM your peace. I AM life and light in you and My light is greater than the darkness,

My peace greater than the storm, and My power exceeds any other. I will break you free from the pain that has held you in emotional captivity and give you the oil of My joy for your mourning.

Shed the black garments of heaviness and put on My colorful garment of praise, for breakthrough is on the way, says the LORD.
