The LORD Says: “I Set the Solitary in Families!”
All during the night, I was awakened by these words, “I set the solitary in families.”
It is in Psalm 68. I did not hear it once, but many times. He wants you, His Beloved, to know this:
“Beloved. I know many of My Children are feeling broken and alone.
You have not been deserted, Dear One. I AM a Father to the fatherless and the Champion of widows.
You are never abandoned. There are no strangers, there are no outcasts in My Family.
I set you into My family when you are born again. You are a beloved member of My Household now.
It is not My plan for you to be alone, Dear One. There are no orphans of God.
Listen, My Child. I AM your Abba Father. I have not left you as orphans but I have sent you the Comforter.
He will assure you that you are My son and daughter. You are now the Bride of Christ, and no longer a widow.
Come to Me all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. You are not a prisoner of your circumstances.
I have come to set you free in body, soul, and spirit. No chain of loneliness nor despair shall bind you.
Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I AM speaking comfortable words to you now, Little One.
You have been translated from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light.
You are not a foreigner or stranger, but a fellow citizen with all of your sisters and brothers.
You are in the world but not of it. Rejoice with all of heaven. No more fear, Dear One. For you have come to My Mountain, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem.
You have come to myriads of angels in joyful assembly, to the congregation of the firstborn, enrolled in heaven.
You have come to God the judge of all men, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled Blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.
You shall never be alone again.”
“But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. Sing unto God, sing praises to His name: extol Him that rideth upon the heavens by His name Yahweh, and rejoice before Him. A Father of the fatherless, and a Judge of the widows, is God in His holy habitation,” Psalm 68:3-5.
“God setteth the solitary in families: He brings out those which are bound with chains,” Psalm 68:6.
“Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of His household,” Ephesians 2:19.
“You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ,” Galatians 3:26-27.
“But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel,” Hebrews 12:22-24.
