Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is Your Comfort and Joy – His Law Is Written on Your Heart!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to all who PURSUE JUSTICE and SEEK the Lord/ Adonai: you KNOW the ROCK from which you were cut, the quarry from which you were dug – you KNOW Abraham your father and Sarah, who gave birth to you; in that the Lord called him when he was only one person, then blessed him and made him many.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will COMFORT all your ruined places, will make your desert like EDEN.
  JOY and GLADNESS will be in your midst, THANKSGIVING and the sound of MUSIC.
  You PAY ATTENTION to the Lord; you LISTEN TO HIM!
  For His Law/ Torah goes out from Him; you are CALMED by His JUSTICE and LIGHT!
• I decree and declare you LISTEN to the Lord/ YOU ARE NOT AFRAID of people’s taunts, or upset by their insults.
• I decree and declare you who are RANSOMED by the Lord will return and come with SINGING to Zion/ Tziyon!
  Yes, the Lord is the One who COMFORTS you!
  You will not be afraid of a man, who must die; of a human being who will wither like grass.
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai has put His Words in your mouth and COVERED you with the Shadow of His Hand, in order to plant the skies anew, lay the foundations of the earth anew and say to Zion/ Tziyon, “YOU ARE MY PEOPLE.”
• I decree and declare your life that has been in ruins will be RESTORED, REBUILT!
  As the Lord said they will rebuild the ancient ruins, RESTORE SITES LONG DESTROYED; they will RENEW the ruined cities, destroyed many generations ago.
  It doesn’t matter how long it has been, God/ Elohim has the original blueprints, the original plans for your life.
• I decree and declare you are a PRIEST of the Lord/ Adonai, a minister to our God/ Elohim.
  You will feed on the WEALTH of nations and revel in their riches.
  Because of the disgrace you have suffered, the land which will be yours will be doubled, and joy forever will be yours.
• I decree and declare you are JOYFUL in the Lord/ Adonai.
  Your soul REJOICES in your God/ Elohim, for He has CLOTHED you in SALVATION, DRESSED you with a ROBE of TRIUMPH.
  The Lord God/ Adonai Elohim will cause VICTORY and GLORY to spring up before all Nations.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, YOU are my ASSIGNED PORTION, my cup; YOU SAFEGUARD MY SHARE.
  Pleasant places are measured out for me; I am content with my Heritage.
  I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, my Counselor; at night my inmost being instructs me.
• I decree and declare I ALWAYS set the Lord/ Adonai before me; with Him at my right hand, I can NEVER BE MOVED; so my Heart is GLAD, my glory REJOICES, and my body too RESTS IN SAFETY; for He will not abandon me to Sheol, He will not let His faithful ones see the Abyss.
  He makes me know the Path of Life; in His PRESENCE is unbounded JOY, in His Right Hand ETERNAL DELIGHT.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ “Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, who seek the Lord: look to the rock from which you were hewn and to the quarry from which you were dug. ² “Look to Abraham your father and to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain; when he was but one I called him, then I blessed him and multiplied him.” ³ Indeed, the Lord will comfort Zion; He will comfort all her waste places. And her wilderness He will make like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and sound of a melody.
⁴ “Pay attention to Me, O My people, and give ear to Me, O My nation; for a law will go forth from Me, and I will set My justice for a light of the peoples. ⁵ “My righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth, and My arms will judge the peoples; the coastlands will wait for Me, and for My arm they will wait expectantly. ⁶ “Lift up your eyes to the sky, then look to the earth beneath; for the sky will vanish like smoke, and the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants will die in like manner; but My salvation will be forever, and My righteousness will not wane. ⁷ “Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, a people in whose heart is My law; do not fear the reproach of man, nor be dismayed at their revilings…….
…….. ¹¹ So the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
¹² “I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies and of the son of man who is made like grass, ¹³ That you have forgotten the Lord your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth, that you fear continually all day long because of the fury of the oppressor, as he makes ready to destroy? But where is the fury of the oppressor?
¹⁴ The exile will soon be set free, and will not die in the dungeon, nor will his bread be lacking. ¹⁵ For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea and its waves roar (the Lord of hosts is His name). ¹⁶ I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:1-7, 11-16.

“⁴ Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise up the former devastations; and they will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations. ⁵ Strangers will stand and pasture your flocks, and foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers. ⁶ But you will be called the priests of the Lord; you will be spoken of as ministers of our God. you will eat the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast. ⁷ Instead of your shame you will have a double portion, and instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion. Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land, everlasting joy will be theirs. ⁸ For I, the Lord, love justice, I hate robbery in the burnt offering; and I will faithfully give them their recompense and make an everlasting covenant with them. ⁹ Then their offspring will be known among the nations, and their descendants in the midst of the peoples. All who see them will recognize them because they are the offspring whom the Lord has blessed.
¹⁰ I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ¹¹ For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations,” Isaiah 61:4-11.

“⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me. ⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:5-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
