Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is Warning Those Who Choose to Go Their Own Way & Rebel Against His Truth! Repent & Change Your Ways for the Time Is Short!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to Congregational and Spiritual leaders throughout the Land, REBELLION against God’s order to uphold His HOLINESS is sin and will PREVENT you from entering into His PROMISES.
  God’s HOLY direction must never be usurped and changed according to your desire or anger.
• I decree and declare God is APPOINTING Leaders to SHEPHERD His People, to GO OUT and COME IN ahead of them, to LEAD them out and BRING them in, so that the Lord’s Community will not be like sheep without a shepherd but will be HEALTHY knowing the Lord’s VOICE.
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty says, “Woe to the REBELLIOUS children.
  They make plans, but the plans are not Mine; they DEVELOP ALLIANCES, but not from My Spirit!
  They go to Egypt but don’t consult Me, seeking REFUGE and SHELTER in Egypt’s shadow.
  That protection will bring you SHAME, shelter in Egypt’s shadow will lead to DISGRACE.
• I decree and declare to those who are ARROGANT and offer help and provisions that is not of the Lord, their help is WORTHLESS and POINTLESS.
  He calls them “ARROGANCE DOING NOTHING.”
• I decree and declare the REBELLIOUS people are LYING children who REFUSE TO HEAR the Word of God.
  They say to the seers, “Do not see!” to those who have visions, “Do not tell us the visions you have as they really are, but FLATTER US, FABRICATE ILLUSIONS!
  Get out of the way! Leave the path!
  Rid us of the Holy One of Israel!”
  The Lord CAUTIONS the Sheep to DISCERN and test the spirits that are speaking.
• I decree and declare the words of the Holy One of Israel, “Because you REJECT this Word, trust in extortion and rely on deceit, this sin will become for you a CRACK BULGING out high on a wall, showing signs it is ready to fall; then suddenly, all at once, it breaks.”
• I decree and declare when the wicked person TURNS AWAY FROM ALL THEIR WICKEDNESS he has committed and DOES WHAT IS LAWFUL AND RIGHT, he will SAVE HIS LIFE. He will certainly live and not die.
• I decree and declare you who TURN from SIN, RETURN to GOD, being immersed on the authority of Jesus Christ into the FORGIVENESS of your SINS, will receive the gift of Holy Spirit.
  The Promise is for you and for your Children, and for those far away, as many as the Lord calls.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go up to this mountain of Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the sons of Israel. ¹³ When you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother was; ¹⁴ for in the wilderness of Zin, during the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against My command to treat Me as holy before their eyes at the water.” (These are the waters of Meribah of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.) ¹⁵ Then Moses spoke to the Lord, saying, ¹⁶ “May the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation, ¹⁷ who will go out and come in before them, and who will lead them out and bring them in, so that the congregation of the Lord will not be like sheep which have no shepherd.” ¹⁸ So the Lord said to Moses, “Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him; ¹⁹ and have him stand before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation, and commission him in their sight. ²⁰ You shall put some of your authority on him, in order that all the congregation of the sons of Israel may obey him. ²¹ Moreover, he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before the Lord. At his command they shall go out and at his command they shall come in, both he and the sons of Israel with him, even all the congregation.” ²² Moses did just as the Lord commanded him; and he took Joshua and set him before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation. ²³ Then he laid his hands on him and commissioned him, just as the Lord had spoken through Moses,” Numbers 27:12-23.

“¹ “Woe to the rebellious children,” declares the Lord, “Who execute a plan, but not Mine, and make an alliance, but not of My Spirit, in order to add sin to sin; ² who proceed down to Egypt without consulting Me, to take refuge in the safety of Pharaoh and to seek shelter in the shadow of Egypt! ³ “Therefore the safety of Pharaoh will be your shame and the shelter in the shadow of Egypt, your humiliation. ⁴ “For their princes are at Zoan and their ambassadors arrive at Hanes. ⁵ “Everyone will be ashamed because of a people who cannot profit them, who are not for help or profit, but for shame and also for reproach.” ⁶ The oracle concerning the beasts of the Negev. Through a land of distress and anguish, from where come lioness and lion, viper and flying serpent, they carry their riches on the backs of young donkeys and their treasures on camels’ humps, to a people who cannot profit them; ⁷ even Egypt, whose help is vain and empty. Therefore, I have called her “Rahab who has been exterminated.” ⁸ Now go, write it on a tablet before them and inscribe it on a scroll, that it may serve in the time to come as a witness forever. ⁹ For this is a rebellious people, false sons, sons who refuse to listen to the instruction of the Lord; ¹⁰ Who say to the seers, “You must not see visions”; and to the prophets, “You must not prophesy to us what is right, speak to us pleasant words, prophesy illusions. ¹¹ “Get out of the way, turn aside from the path, let us hear no more about the Holy One of Israel.” ¹² Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel, “Since you have rejected this word and have put your trust in oppression and guile, and have relied on them, ¹³ Therefore this iniquity will be to you like a breach about to fall, a bulge in a high wall, whose collapse comes suddenly in an instant,” Isaiah 30:1-13.

“²⁷ Again, when a wicked man turns away from his wickedness which he has committed and practices justice and righteousness, he will save his life. ²⁸ Because he considered and turned away from all his transgressions which he had committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die. ²⁹ But the house of Israel says, ‘The way of the Lord is not right.’ Are My ways not right, O house of Israel? Is it not your ways that are not right? ³⁰ “Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, each according to his conduct,” declares the Lord God. “Repent and turn away from all your transgressions, so that iniquity may not become a stumbling block to you. ³¹ Cast away from you all your transgressions which you have committed and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! For why will you die, O house of Israel? ³² For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,” declares the Lord God. “Therefore, repent and live.” Ezekiel 18:27-32.

“³⁸ Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. ³⁹ For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself,” Acts 2:38-39.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
