Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is Renewing My Strength — I AM Soaring Up With Wings as Eagles!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare PREPARE the Way of the Lord/ Adonai, make STRAIGHT in the Desert a Highway for our God/ Elohim.
  Every Valley will be LIFTED UP, every Mountain and Hill made low, the ROUGH GROUND will be a Plain and the RUGGED TERRAIN Smooth!
• I decree and declare the GLORY of the Lord is being REVEALED, and ALL Flesh will SEE it together.
  For the mouth of the Lord/ Adonai has spoken!
  You who BRING Good News, get yourself UP on a High Mountain – LIFT UP your Voice with STRENGTH, you who bring GOOD NEWS to Jerusalem!
  Lift it up; DO NOT FEAR!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is coming with MIGHT, with His Arm Ruling for Him.
  Behold His REWARD is with Him and His RECOMPENSE before Him.
  The Lord/ Adonai is the Eternal God/ Elohim, the Creator of the Ends of the Earth!
  He does not grow tired or weary. His Understanding is UNSEARCHABLE!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim gives STRENGTH to the weary and to the one without vigor He adds MIGHT!
  Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but THEY WHO WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai will RENEW THEIR STRENGTH.
  They will SOAR UP with wings as Eagles.
  They will RUN, and not grow weary; they will WALK and not be faint!
• I decree and declare I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai and will not forget all His BENEFITS He has FORGIVEN all my iniquity and HEALED ALL MY DISEASES.
  He has REDEEMED my life from the Pit.
  Because of His GREAT LOVE; through the SACRIFICE of His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, He has MADE ME WHOLE!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai SATISFIES my years with GOOD THINGS and RENEWS my youth like an Eagle!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is COMPASSIONATE and GRACIOUS, slow to anger and plentiful in MERCY!
  He has not treated us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
  For as high as the Heavens are above the Earth, so GREAT is His MERCY for those who FEAR Him!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on those who FEAR Him.
  The MERCY of the Lord/ Adonai is from EVERLASTING to EVERLASTING on those who REVERE Him,
  His RIGHTEOUSNESS to children’s children, to those who KEEP HIS COVENANT, who REMEMBER to observe His INSTRUCTIONS.
• I decree and declare BLESSED is the Lord/ Adonai because He has HEARD my supplications.
  He is my STRENGTH and my SHIELD. My Heart TRUSTS in Him, and I am HELPED.
  Therefore, my Heart leaps for JOY, and I will PRAISE Him with my Song.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, YOU ARE MY STRENGTH –– my stronghold of SALVATION and for ALL your Anointed Ones.
  You have SAVED Your People and have blessed Your inheritance; You shepherd them and CARRY them FOREVER.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ A voice is calling, “Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness; make smooth in the desert a highway for our God. ⁴ “Let every valley be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; and let the rough ground become a plain, and the rugged terrain a broad valley; ⁵ Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken,”…….
……… ⁹ Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; lift it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your God!” ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him. ¹¹ Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing ewes……..
……… ²⁸ Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. ²⁹ He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. ³⁰ Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, ³¹ Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary,” Isaiah 40:3-5, 9-11, 28-31.

“² Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; ³ Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases; ⁴ Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; ⁵ Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
⁶ The Lord performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. ⁷ He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. ⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.
¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. ¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them.
¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. ²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! ²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. ²² Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:2-22.

“⁶ Blessed be the Lord, because He has heard the voice of my supplication. ⁷ The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart exults, and with my song I shall thank Him. ⁸ The Lord is their strength, and He is a saving defense to His anointed. ⁹ Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; be their shepherd also, and carry them forever,” Psalm 28:6-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
