The LORD Is ‘On Time’ — War Is Raging!
To say that The LORD is late, or defeated by the devil, would be a most terrible statement.
The devil was a ‘created Angel’ by The LORD in the beginning, and to say the devil can do as he pleases and actually win would be like slapping The LORD in the face.
No. The LORD is still lord over the devil and all he does — or tries to do.
A quick Bible study will reveal that God is in control of His entire Creation!
The enemy is quick to answer: “Then why this? or why that?”
If God is in control, why does He not do something — or why does He allow some things to happen?
The devil has been questioning God even before The LORD threw him out of heaven. It is and should be settled in everyone’s mind then that the devil — who was originally created a beautiful Angel — have been in a battle (War) ever since The LORD did judge him unworthy to be in Heaven.
The battle — or War — has been going on from that time till now and it is even now heating up!
We know from Scripture that The LORD did cast out the devil into the atmosphere — or air — and that the devil has been called: “Prince of the power of the air”. See the following reference: Ephesians 2:2a,
“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:………..”
The fact is, the devil has been allowed by The LORD to be in that air, and even to walk to and fro in the earth. The Scriptures say even that he has declared himself “god of this world”. See Isaiah 14:12-15,
“How you are fallen from heaven, O day star, son of dawn!
How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low!
You said in your heart, “I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God. I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly In the far reaches of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like The Most High.”
But you are brought down to sheol, to the far reaches of the pit.” Isaiah 14:12-15.
So, war has been going on for a long, long time, between the old devil and The LORD. It is no new thing for us to now learn this. It is fact: there is war now between God and the devil.
Now, I have heard this as prophet: the devil does know what the Scriptures say and declare about him and he does not like it, nor will he agree with the Scriptures.
He resents deeply that The LORD has granted to him his authority, which is limited.
The fact is, the devil hates the restraint yet upon him by The LORD, and fights and wars against The LORD every day.
All believers are literally caught between The LORD and the devil, and the war is raging all around us!
We are comforted in knowing — or should be — that The LORD has limited the devil and has given him only some freedom to work his evil works!
Yet today, the devil is talking loud to all who will listen and this is what he is saying: “I am god. I will do exactly what I want to do… and nobody can stop me.”
The fact is, the devil is working hard to establish his ‘lordship of all’.
At the present he is doing exactly opposite to all that The LORD has declared of him in the Scriptures. He is working to undo all The LORD has declared about him and his work.
For instance, Scripture says the devil will be given “a short time during the last half of the 7-year Tribulation,” and that he “cannot come” until then.
Then the devil is working hard to come now, and exactly when he so desires to come — he works in defiance to The LORD’s Decree.
The fact is, all he is doing presently in the world today, is in exact opposite to what The LORD has declared that he can, or cannot do!
Will there be war? Yes, War!
The Scriptures describe a final War that The LORD will fight with the devil, and that War will be the end of the devil and his work.
The Scriptures tell us when this War will be fought and what the outcome of it will be: Revelation 12:7-10.
“…and there was War in Heaven: Michael and his Angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his Angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in Heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his Angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, “Now is come Salvation, and Strength, and The Kingdom of our God, and The Power of His Christ: for the accuser of our Brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.””
Please then notice the time this final War will take place.
The coming War in heaven will take place in the order of Scripture found in Revelation, in the middle of the Tribulation days and will be acted out in the last 3½ years of The Wrath of God.
Some many ask: “Well, what is the devil doing now?”
He is going around in spirit, and is himself hiding in the air. He cannot come in person (in flesh and person) until he is kicked out of heaven by The LORD and lands upon this earth — and that goes for his fallen Angels as well.
He is limited now and must hide in the spirit world.
Please understand, the devil is being restrained now and cannot do all he wants to do in the earth to God’s People and God’s Creation, until he is allowed by The LORD to do so.
As a Prophet, The LORD is telling me that the ‘spirit only’ of the Antichrist — the devil and his end-time plans to rule the world — is working today. He is only allowed some freedom now, but is being restrained for doing all he desires to do!
So what will happen (and is coming) is a final War in Heaven, and the devil will be cast out upon the earth, physically.
But, he cannot work his evil work (set himself up in the temple and declare himself god, and place his mark on men).
He cannot do anything until after the War in Heaven!
So many today do not understand the War. There is and has been War between the devil and The LORD from the beginning of the devils judgment, but there is yet one Final War…. The War in Heaven. (Revelation 12:7-10 above.)
Conclusion of this study:
If people who profess to believe The Bible and say it is the final Authority and rule of life…. will but read it and stop “just saying they do,” and then start believing The Bible Message (which tells us all the timing of the end-time events), then, and only then, will the old devil be put in his place!
But The Bible must be read and believed as fact.
Today, the devil cannot do all he is wanting to do, because it is not time for him to work his final work.
He must wait upon God’s Approval and Allowance to do that work. This is the reason he will be forced by The LORD out of the air and cast upon the earth…
He will not submit to God and God’s Word, but goes about to establish his own will, so The LORD will “force him out.”
The devil will have to then be forced out of the air and land upon the earth. At that time, he will have a very short time to work is diabolical plan. He will know and have no doubt that his time is short.
So understand the War. Know it in Scripture.
Believe The Word of God, as Authority and Understanding.
Stop listening to the evil talk which is declaring the devil’s will for now. He is yet restrained, and he hates it.
