Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is My Shield and Glory Who Sustains Me!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are taking up the FULL ARMOR of God, so that you are ABLE to RESIST the evil times and REMAIN STANDING.
  Above all, you take up the SHIELD of FAITH with which you are able to EXTINGUISH ALL the flaming arrows of the evil one.
• I decree and declare daily you WEAR THE ARMOR and CARRY THE WEAPONS of your faith, they are NEVER REMOVED: the Belt of TRUTH, Breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS, Boots of GOOD NEWS of PEACE/ SHALOM, Shield of FAITH, the Helmet of SALVATION and the Sword of the Spirit which is the WORD of GOD!
• I decree and declare we PRAY in the Spirit/ Ruach on EVERY OCCASION, ALWAYS, with all kinds of Prayers and Requests.
  Always with this in mind, KEEP ALERT with PERSEVERANCE and supplication for all the Holy Ones, the People of God!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, are a SHIELD AROUND me and my GLORY and the LIFTER of my Head.
  When I cry out to You, YOU ANSWER me from Your Holy Mountain.
  I lie down and sleep; I awake — for You, Lord/ Adonai, SUSTAIN me!
• I decree and declare I am NOT AFRAID of the enemy who stands against me, for my Lord/ Adonai DELIVERS me — He is my God/ Elohim!
  For He strikes all my enemies on the cheek; He shatters the teeth of the wicked. DELIVERANCE belongs to the Lord/ Adonai.
  His BLESSING is upon His People!
• I decree and declare I LOVE the Lord/ Adonai; He is my STRENGTH!
  He is my ROCK, my FORTRESS and my DELIVERER.
  He is my ROCK in Whom I take REFUGE, my SHIELD, my HORN of SALVATION, my STRONGHOLD!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is FAITHFUL to RESCUE me from my enemies, from ALL that assails me: cords of death, torrents overwhelm, snares of death.
  In my distress I CALL on the Lord/ Adonai and cry to Him for HELP.
  From His Temple He HEARS my voice, my cry comes before Him.
• I decree and declare the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai SCATTERS my enemies; He hurls LIGHTNING BOLTS and routes them.
  You, Lord/ Adonai REACH DOWN from on High and take hold of me.
  You DRAW ME OUT of mighty waters.
  YOU SAVE ME from my powerful enemy, from those who hate me — for they are much stronger than me.
  They came against me in the day of calamity, but You, Lord/ Adonai are my SUPPORT!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai sees me WASHED in the Blood of the Lamb.
  In Christ/ Messiah I am CLEAN.
  He REWARDS me for my RIGHTEOUSNESS, for the cleanness of my Hands He repays me.
  I have kept the Ways of the Lord/ Adonai and did not turn from my God/ Elohim.
  All His Judgments are before me; I do not put His Rulings away from me.
• I decree and declare, by the strength of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, I walk in INTEGRITY with Him and keep myself from sin.
  With the LOYAL He deals loyally; with the BLAMELESS He is blameless.
  With the PURE He is pure, and with the crooked He is shrewd.
  You, Lord/ Adonai, LIGHT UP my Lamp; You SHINE in my darkness!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,” Ephesians 6:13-18.

“³ But You, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the One who lifts my head. ⁴ I was crying to the Lord with my voice, and He answered me from His holy mountain. Selah. ⁵ I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustains me. ⁶ I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me round about.
⁷ Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God! For You have smitten all my enemies on the cheek; You have shattered the teeth of the wicked. ⁸ Salvation belongs to the Lord; Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah,” Psalm 3:3-8.

“¹ “I love You, O Lord, my strength.” ² The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. ³ I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
⁴ The cords of death encompassed me, and the torrents of ungodliness terrified me. ⁵ The cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me. ⁶ In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry for help before Him came into His ears.
⁷ Then the earth shook and quaked; and the foundations of the mountains were trembling and were shaken, because He was angry. ⁸ Smoke went up out of His nostrils, and fire from His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it. ⁹ He bowed the heavens also, and came down with thick darkness under His feet. ¹⁰ He rode upon a cherub and flew; and He sped upon the wings of the wind. ¹¹ He made darkness His hiding place, His canopy around Him, darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies. ¹² From the brightness before Him passed His thick clouds, hailstones and coals of fire. ¹³ The Lord also thundered in the heavens, and the Most High uttered His voice, hailstones and coals of fire. ¹⁴ He sent out His arrows, and scattered them, and lightning flashes in abundance, and routed them. ¹⁵ Then the channels of water appeared, and the foundations of the world were laid bare at Your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.
¹⁶ He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters. ¹⁷ He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me. ¹⁸ They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my stay. ¹⁹ He brought me forth also into a broad place; He rescued me, because He delighted in me.
²⁰ The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. ²¹ For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not wickedly departed from my God. ²² For all His ordinances were before me, and I did not put away His statutes from me. ²³ I was also blameless with Him, and I kept myself from my iniquity. ²⁴ Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in His eyes.
²⁵ With the kind You show Yourself kind; with the blameless You show Yourself blameless; ²⁶ With the pure You show Yourself pure, and with the crooked You show Yourself astute. ²⁷ For You save an afflicted people, but haughty eyes You abase. ²⁸ For You light my lamp; the Lord my God illumines my darkness,” Psalm 18:1-28.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
