Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is Honoring You in the Sight of Your Enemies!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai will use many dreams and sleepless nights to bring the HONOR that is due to you.
  There have been many times you have acted selflessly and interceded for others.
  God SEES and will ensure you will receive RECOGNITION.
• I decree and declare those who have planned your demise will be the ones used to DELIVER the HONOR and GIFTS from the King.
  Do not question the hand delivering it; the Lord is HUMBLING those who have sought to do you harm.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai kills and makes ALIVE, He brings down to the grave, and He brings UP.
  He makes poor, and He makes RICH; He humbles, and He EXALTS.
  He RAISES the Poor from the dust, LIFTS UP the Needy from the trash pile; He gives them a Place with Leaders and ASSIGNS them SEATS of HONOR.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai GUARDS the STEPS of His FAITHFUL, but the wicked will be silenced in darkness.
  For it is not by strength that a person prevails – those who fight the Lord/ Adonai will be shattered, He will THUNDER against them in Heaven – the Lord/ Adonai will JUDGE the ends of the Earth.
  He will STRENGTHEN His King and ENHANCE the POWER of His Anointed.
• I decree and declare you who REQUEST of God/ Elohim WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING to DISCERN JUSTICE, the Lord/ Adonai will do for you what you request.
  He will give you a wise and understanding heart, and, in addition, He will give you RICHES and HONOR.
  Also, if you will live according to His Ways, OBEYING His Laws and Commands, He will give you a LONG LIFE!
• I decree and declare many will RECEIVE you in a friendly manner and PROVIDE accommodations and sustenance for you for your stay.
  Opportunities will arise for you to minister to the families and the sick.
  The Lord is with you; they will be HEALED and BLESSED as you pray for and lay hands on the sick.
• I decree and declare you will PRAY and PLACE your HANDS on many and HEAL them in the Name of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  As you leave, they will heap HONORS on you and they will give you supplies for your travels.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ During that night the king could not sleep so he gave an order to bring the book of records, the chronicles, and they were read before the king. ² It was found written what Mordecai had reported concerning Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king’s eunuchs who were doorkeepers, that they had sought to lay hands on King Ahasuerus. ³ The king said, “What honor or dignity has been bestowed on Mordecai for this?” Then the king’s servants who attended him said, “Nothing has been done for him.” ⁴ So the king said, “Who is in the court?” Now Haman had just entered the outer court of the king’s palace in order to speak to the king about hanging Mordecai on the gallows which he had prepared for him. ⁵ The king’s servants said to him, “Behold, Haman is standing in the court.” And the king said, “Let him come in.” ⁶ So Haman came in and the king said to him, “What is to be done for the man whom the king desires to honor?” And Haman said to himself, “Whom would the king desire to honor more than me?” ⁷ Then Haman said to the king, “For the man whom the king desires to honor, ⁸ let them bring a royal robe which the king has worn, and the horse on which the king has ridden, and on whose head a royal crown has been placed; ⁹ and let the robe and the horse be handed over to one of the king’s most noble princes and let them array the man whom the king desires to honor and lead him on horseback through the city square, and proclaim before him, ‘Thus it shall be done to the man whom the king desires to honor.’”
¹⁰ Then the king said to Haman, “Take quickly the robes and the horse as you have said, and do so for Mordecai the Jew, who is sitting at the king’s gate; do not fall short in anything of all that you have said,”” Esther 6:1-10.

“⁶ “The Lord kills and makes alive; He brings down to Sheol and raises up. ⁷ “The Lord makes poor and rich; He brings low, He also exalts. ⁸ “He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with nobles and inherit a seat of honor; for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and He set the world on them. ⁹ “He keeps the feet of His godly ones, but the wicked ones are silenced in darkness; for not by might shall a man prevail. ¹⁰ “Those who contend with the Lord will be shattered; against them He will thunder in the heavens, the Lord will judge the ends of the earth; and He will give strength to His king, and will exalt the horn of His anointed,”” 1 Samuel 2:6-10.

“¹⁰ It was pleasing in the sight of the Lord that Solomon had asked this thing. ¹¹ God said to him, “Because you have asked this thing and have not asked for yourself long life, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have you asked for the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself discernment to understand justice, ¹² behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and discerning heart, so that there has been no one like you before you, nor shall one like you arise after you. ¹³ I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there will not be any among the kings like you all your days. ¹⁴ If you walk in My ways, keeping My statutes and commandments, as your father David walked, then I will prolong your days,” 1 Kings 3:10-14.

“⁷ Now in the neighborhood of that place were lands belonging to the leading man of the island, named Publius, who welcomed us and entertained us courteously three days. ⁸ And it happened that the father of Publius was lying in bed afflicted with recurrent fever and dysentery; and Paul went in to see him and after he had prayed, he laid his hands on him and healed him. ⁹ After this had happened, the rest of the people on the island who had diseases were coming to him and getting cured. ¹⁰ They also honored us with many marks of respect; and when we were setting sail, they supplied us with all we needed,” Acts 28:7-10.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
