Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is High Above All Nations, His Glory Above the Heavens!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is HIGH ABOVE ALL NATIONS, His GLORY above the Heavens!
  There is NONE LIKE OUR GOD, seated in the Heights, HUMBLING Himself to LOOK on Heaven and Earth.
• I decree and declare our God/ Elohim RAISES the Poor from the dust, LIFTS the Needy from the rubbish heap, in order to give HIM A PLACE among Princes, among the Princes of His People.
• I decree and declare the Lord is RAISING you UP to be the HEAD OF THE NATIONS so that a People you do not know will serve you.
  Foreigners will come and obey you.
  They will stumble from their fortresses and lose heart.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is ALIVE!
  Blessed is my Rock!
  Exalted is God, the Rock of my SALVATION, the God Who GIVES me vengeance and makes the People SUBMIT.
• I decree and declare Lord, YOU RAISE ME over those who rebel against me, YOU RESCUE ME from violent men.
  I GIVE THANKS to You, Lord/ Adonai, among the Nations; I SING PRAISES to Your Name!
  You are a TOWER OF SALVATION for Your Kings, Your People.
• I decree and declare THERE IS AN UPROAR – the Kingdoms of the Nations are GATHERING TOGETHER!
  The Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot is MUSTERING AN ARMY FOR WAR!
  They come from a DISTANT LAND, from beyond the Horizon.
  It’s the Lord/ Adonai with the weapons of His RAGE to lay waste to ALL THE EARTH.
  Howl for the Day of the Lord/ Adonai IS AT HAND, destruction coming from the Almighty/ Shaddai!
• I decree and declare a time is coming when the People of the World will be GRIPPED WITH PANIC, seized with pain and agony, looking aghast at each other, faces aflame.
  Here comes the Day of the Lord/ Adonai, full of cruelty, rage and hot fury, to desolate the Earth and DESTROY the SINNERS in it.
  His RIGHTEOUSNESS DEMANDS IT.
  But at this time, WE ARE LIVING IN AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF GRACE.
• I decree and declare BY THE GRACE OF GOD, JUDGMENT is being held back.
  Though the birth pangs continue in the Earth, TIME HAS BEEN EXTENDED that all who have ears to HEAR may respond to the SALVATION given FREELY by the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
  His Arms are OPEN WIDE welcoming you Home!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will RESTORE THE FORTUNES of Judah/ Y’hudah and Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim, He will gather ALL NATIONS and bring them to the Valley of Jehoshaphat [The Lord/ Adonai Judges].
  He will ENTER INTO JUDGMENT for His People, in Israel and throughout the Earth.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will ROAR from Zion/ Tziyon, He will THUNDER from Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim, the Sky and the Earth will SHAKE.
  But the Lord/ Adonai WILL BE A REFUGE FOR HIS PEOPLE, a Stronghold for the People of Israel, and all who have joined to her through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ The Lord is high above all nations; His glory is above the heavens. ⁵ Who is like the Lord our God, Who is enthroned on high, ⁶ Who humbles Himself to behold the things that are in heaven and in the earth? ⁷ He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, ⁸ To make them sit with princes, with the princes of His people,” Psalm 113:4-8.

“⁴⁴ “You have also delivered me from the contentions of my people; You have kept me as head of the nations; a people whom I have not known serve me. ⁴⁵ “Foreigners pretend obedience to me; as soon as they hear, they obey me. ⁴⁶ “Foreigners lose heart, and come trembling out of their fortresses. ⁴⁷ “The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be God, the rock of my salvation, ⁴⁸ The God who executes vengeance for me, and brings down peoples under me, ⁴⁹ Who also brings me out from my enemies; You even lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man. ⁵⁰ “Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the nations, and I will sing praises to Your name. ⁵¹ “He is a tower of deliverance to His king, and shows lovingkindness to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever,”” 2 Samuel 22:44-51.

“⁴ A sound of tumult on the mountains, like that of many people! A sound of the uproar of kingdoms, of nations gathered together! The Lord of hosts is mustering the army for battle. ⁵ They are coming from a far country, from the farthest horizons, the Lord and His instruments of indignation, to destroy the whole land.
⁶ Wail, for the day of the Lord is near! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. ⁷ Therefore all hands will fall limp, and every man’s heart will melt. ⁸ They will be terrified, pains and anguish will take hold of them; they will writhe like a woman in labor, they will look at one another in astonishment, their faces aflame. ⁹ Behold, the day of the Lord is coming, cruel, with fury and burning anger, to make the land a desolation; and He will exterminate its sinners from it. ¹⁰ For the stars of heaven and their constellations will not flash forth their light; the sun will be dark when it rises and the moon will not shed its light. ¹¹ Thus I will punish the world for its evil and the wicked for their iniquity; I will also put an end to the arrogance of the proud and abase the haughtiness of the ruthless……..
…….. ¹⁹ And Babylon, the beauty of kingdoms, the glory of the Chaldeans’ pride, will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. ²⁰ It will never be inhabited or lived in from generation to generation; nor will the Arab pitch his tent there, nor will shepherds make their flocks lie down there,” Isaiah 13:4-11, 19-20.

“¹ “For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, ² I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; and they have divided up My land. ³ “They have also cast lots for My people, traded a boy for a harlot and sold a girl for wine that they may drink.
⁴ Moreover, what are you to Me, O Tyre, Sidon and all the regions of Philistia? Are you rendering Me a recompense? But if you do recompense Me, swiftly and speedily I will return your recompense on your head. ⁵ Since you have taken My silver and My gold, brought My precious treasures to your temples, ⁶ and sold the sons of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks in order to remove them far from their territory, ⁷ behold, I am going to arouse them from the place where you have sold them, and return your recompense on your head. ⁸ Also I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the sons of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans, to a distant nation,” for the Lord has spoken.

⁹ Proclaim this among the nations: prepare a war; rouse the mighty men! Let all the soldiers draw near, let them come up! ¹⁰ Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, “I am a mighty man.” ¹¹ Hasten and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves there. Bring down, O Lord, Your mighty ones. ¹² Let the nations be aroused and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations……
…….. ¹⁶ The Lord roars from Zion and utters His voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens and the earth tremble. But the Lord is a refuge for His people and a stronghold to the sons of Israel. ¹⁷ Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain. so Jerusalem will be holy, and strangers will pass through it no more.
¹⁸ And in that day the mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills will flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah will flow with water; and a spring will go out from the house of the Lord to water the valley of Shittim,” Joel 3:1-12, 16-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
