The LORD is Healing His Children’s Backsliding!
Glory to God!
The LORD’s hand is heavy upon those, whom He is healing their backsliding, as they know the God of their Salvation, the Righteousness of Jesus Christ, that in a bitter moment, they feel forsaken, but know surely, they’re not!
Praise God!
Know that God is dealing you with you as His children, in whom the blessed assurance of His Love towards you in the chastisement by the Holy Spirit, IS HIS GIFT!
Glory to God!
Where bewailing and bemoaning seem to be set in your soul momentarily, know that it is for a deep cleansing work by the Spirit of the Reverential and Worshipful fear of The LORD!
Praise God!
You will all the more delight in the finished cleansing, as your mourning turns into laughter, and the Joy of your Salvation has returned!
Praise God!
Many are being sifted presently, and it is best to remain humble and allow the finished work of sifting, so that the carnal nature is put to death, under the Cross of Christ Jesus!
Many have backslidden, and God’s dealings with you is to keep you from falling away!
Praise God!
Know that God is busy at work, and to rush His plan and purpose in your life, is to get out of His hand, where He knows what is best for the weary soul.
It cannot be emphasized that many have grown weary in well-doing and as a result, have backslidden from their First Love.
The distractions of the present age might have set in, but God is removing them from the soul, to Revive you again!
Praise God!
God is your healer and deliverer!
It cannot be shouted enough, time and time again, to pull the log out of your eye, because the bitterness leads to hypocrisy, where love of Christ is dim, in those caught in its grip. Be free of all bitterness, and let God cleanse you!
He will not cast you off forever!
He will heal your backsliding!
Praise God!
Please see teaching in the comments that I did yesterday on Isaiah 11:2-4 and Isaiah 35!
The Spirit of the Reverential and Obedient Fear of God!
Isaiah 35, Proverbs 16:6, Isaiah 11:2-4
God bless!
“A voice is heard on the bare heights, the weeping and pleading of the sons of Israel, because they have perverted their ways, they have [eagerly] forgotten The LORD their God. Return, O faithless sons, [says The LORD, and] I will heal your faithlessness. [And they answer] Behold, we come to You, for You are The LORD our God. Truly in vain is the hope of salvation from the hills and from the tumult and noisy throng on the mountains; truly in and with The LORD our God rests the salvation of Israel.” Jeremiah 21-23 AMPC.
“So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you. Come close to God and He will come close to you. [Recognize that you are] sinners, get your soiled hands clean; [realize that you have been disloyal] wavering individuals with divided interests, and purify your hearts [of your spiritual adultery]. As you draw near to God] be deeply penitent and grieve, even weep [over your disloyalty]. Let your laughter be turned to grief and your mirth to dejection and heartfelt shame [for your sins]. Humble yourselves [feeling very insignificant] in the presence of The LORD, and He will exalt you [He will lift you up and make your lives significant].” James 4:7-10 AMPC.
“For The LORD will not cast off forever! But though He causes grief, yet will He be moved to compassion according to the multitude of His loving-kindness and tender mercy. For He does not willingly and from His heart afflict or grieve the children of men.” Lamentations 3:31-33 AMPC
“You must submit to and endure [correction] for discipline; God is dealing with you as with sons. For what son is there whom his father does not [thus] train and correct and discipline? Now if you are exempt from correction and left without discipline in which all [of God’s children] share, then you are illegitimate offspring and not true sons [at all]. Moreover, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we yielded [to them] and respected [them for training us]. Shall we not much more cheerfully submit to the Father of spirits and so [truly] live? For [our earthly fathers] disciplined us for only a short period of time and chastised us as seemed proper and good to them; but He disciplines us for our certain good, that we may become sharers in His own holiness. For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems grievous and painful; but afterwards it yields a peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [a harvest of fruit which consists in righteousness — in conformity to God’s will in purpose, thought, and action, resulting in right living and right standing with God]. So then, brace up and reinvigorate and set right your slackened and weakened and drooping hands and strengthen your feeble and palsied and tottering knees, And cut through and make firm and plain and smooth, straight paths for your feet [yes, make them safe and upright and happy paths that go in the right direction], so that the lame and halting [limbs] may not be put out of joint, but rather may be cured.” Hebrews 12:7-13 AMPC.
