Declarations & Decrees: The LORD Is Bringing to Light What Has Been Hidden!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you live a life of LOVE, imitating God, as His dear Children.
  Just as also Christ/ Messiah loved us, and on our behalf GAVE HIMSELF UP as an offering, as a slaughtered sacrifice to God with a PLEASING FRAGRANCE.
• I decree and declare you, as God’s HOLY People, GIVE THANKS, avoiding any mention of sexual immorality, or any kind of impurity, or greed which are utterly inappropriate; also out of place are obscenity and stupid talk or coarse language.
• I decree and declare it is a surety that every sexually immoral, impure or greedy person – that is, every idol worshipper – has NO SHARE IN THE KINGDOM of Christ/ Messiah and of God.
  You are DISCERNING so that on one will DECEIVE you with EMPTY TALK; for it is because of these things that God’s JUDGMENT is coming on those who DISOBEY Him.
  You WILL NOT BECOME PARTNERS with THEM.
• I decree and declare you are NOW UNITED with the Lord/ Adonai; you are LIGHT and are DAILY SEEKING GOD to determine what PLEASES HIM.
  You have NOTHING TO DO with deeds produced by darkness, but instead you EXPOSE them, for it is shameful even to speak of the things some people do in secret.
• I decree and declare EVERYTHING EXPOSED TO LIGHT is REVEALED clearly for what it is.
  Therefore, you pay careful attention to how you conduct your life – live wisely, not unwisely.
• I decree and declare God LOVED THE WORLD so much that He gave His only and UNIQUE SON, so that EVERYONE who TRUSTS in Him will have ETERNAL LIFE, instead of being utterly destroyed.
  God sent His Son into the Word so that THROUGH HIM, the World might be SAVED!
• I decree and declare ALL WHO TRUST in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua are not judged, but those who do not trust have been judged already, in that they have not trusted in the One who is God’s only and unique Son.
• I decree and declare this is the JUDGMENT: the LIGHT came into the World, but people loved the darkness rather than the LIGHT, because they were wicked. KNOW that everyone who does evil things hates the LIGHT and avoids it, so that his actions won’t be exposed.
  But EVERYONE WHO DOES WHAT IS TRUE comes to the LIGHT, so that all may SEE that his actions are ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH GOD.
• I decree and declare we are Christ’s/ Messiah’s Servants, TRUSTEES of God’s Secret TRUTHS.
  As a Trustee you are TRUSTWORTHY in the Eyes of God.
  It does not matter what others think of us or how we are judged in human court.
  It is the Lord who will BRING TO LIGHT WHAT IS NOW HIDDEN in darkness; He will EXPOSE the motives of People’s hearts; and then each will receive from God whatever praise he deserves.
• I decree and declare DECEPTION, CUTTING JOKES, GOSSIP and CONTENTION will not find its home in the Body of Believers.
  These things bring death and division.
  The quarrelsome person is not walking in the Love of God.
  He who hates may hide it with his speech, but inside, he harbors deceit.
  A lying tongue hates its victims, and a flattering mouth causes ruin.
• I decree and declare an INCREASE in DISCERNMENT for God’s People, all who have a HEART to SERVE and walk in His TRUTH.
  They will be SENSITIVE to KNOW personal qualities that do not align with the FRUIT of the SPIRIT: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self control (Galatians 5:22-23).
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“1 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; ² and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma. ³ But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; ⁴ and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. ⁵ For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. ⁷ Therefore do not be partakers with them; ⁸ for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light ⁹ (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), ¹⁰ trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. ¹¹ Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; ¹² for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. ¹³ But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. ¹⁴ For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

¹⁵ Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, ¹⁶ making the most of your time, because the days are evil. ¹⁷ So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is,” Ephesians 5:1-17.

“¹⁶ “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. ¹⁸ He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ¹⁹ This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. ²⁰ For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. ²¹ But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God,” John 3:16-21.

“¹ Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. ² In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy. ³ But to me it is a very small thing that I may be examined by you, or by any human court; in fact, I do not even examine myself. ⁴ For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. ⁵ Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God,” 1 Corinthians 4:1-5.

“¹⁸ Like a madman who throws firebrands, arrows and death, ¹⁹ So is the man who deceives his neighbor, and says, “Was I not joking?” ²⁰ For lack of wood the fire goes out, and where there is no whisperer, contention quiets down. ²¹ Like charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire, so is a contentious man to kindle strife. ²² The words of a whisperer are like dainty morsels, and they go down into the innermost parts of the body. ²³ Like an earthen vessel overlaid with silver dross are burning lips and a wicked heart. ²⁴ He who hates disguises it with his lips, but he lays up deceit in his heart. ²⁵ When he speaks graciously, do not believe him, for there are seven abominations in his heart. ²⁶ Though his hatred covers itself with guile, his wickedness will be revealed before the assembly. ²⁷ He who digs a pit will fall into it, and he who rolls a stone, it will come back on him. ²⁸ A lying tongue hates those it crushes, and a flattering mouth works ruin,” Proverbs 26:18-28.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
