I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare the WORD was in the BEGINNING, and the WORD was with God, and the WORD was GOD!
  He was with God in the beginning.
  All things came to be through HIM, and without Him nothing came into being!
• We decree and declare in Him is LIFE, and the LIFE is the LIGHT of mankind.
  The LIGHT SHINES in the darkness, and the darkness CANNOT SUPPRESS it!
  The LIGHT and TRUTH of God is SEEN for it cannot be hidden!
• We declare the WORD of God is ALIVE!
  It is at WORK and is SHARPER than any DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD – it cuts right through to where soul meets spirit and joints meet marrow, and it is quick to JUDGE the inner reflections and attitudes of the heart.
• We decree and declare, before God, NOTHING is HIDDEN, but all things are revealed and OPEN to the EYES of Him to whom you must render an account.
  Come to the Father through the Son who washes you as WHITE as snow.
• We decree and declare we hold firmly to what we ACKNOWLEDGE as TRUE: Jesus/ Yeshua, the Son of God, is our High Priest who passed through to the Highest Heaven.
  We CONFIDENTLY APPROACH the Throne from which God gives grace, so that we may receive MERCY and find GRACE in our time of need.
• We decree and declare your PLACE of ENCOUNTER with the Living Word of God is HOLY!
  The Lord SEES the oppression of His People throughout the Earth, He has HEARD their cry.
  He is sending YOU, His Servants, to go and PROCLAIM His Word to the Nations.
• We decree and declare the LIVING WORDS given to Moses spoke to the People “God will raise up a prophet like me from among your brothers.”
  As spoken, God Almighty raised up His Son, born in Bethlehem, to REDEEM Mankind.
  We PRAISE the Lord on High for this GIFT of LIFE!
• We decree and declare a DELIVERER, the descendant of David, Son of Man and Son of God, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah was announced by John as One coming, “the sandals of whose feet I am unworthy to untie.”
• We declare the People living in Jerusalem and their leaders did not recognize who Jesus/ Yeshua was or understand the message of the Prophets read every Sabbath, so they fulfilled that message by condemning Him; they carried out all the things written about Him!
• We praise God, for He raised Christ/ Messiah from the dead!
  He appeared for many days to those who followed Him.
  We are now His WITNESSES to all People, we bring the GOOD NEWS that what God promised to the fathers, He has FULFILLED for us in RAISING UP JESUS/ YESHUA.
• We decree and declare to the World, that through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is proclaimed FORGIVENESS of sins!
  That is, God CLEARS everyone who puts his TRUST in Him.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God. ³ All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. ⁴ In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. ⁵ The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it,” John 1:1-5.

“¹² For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. ¹³ And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. ¹⁴ Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. ¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. ¹⁶ Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need,” Hebrews 4:12-16.

“³⁰ “After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in the flame of a burning thorn bush. ³¹ When Moses saw it, he marveled at the sight; and as he approached to look more closely, there came the voice of the Lord: ³² ‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.’ Moses shook with fear and would not venture to look. ³³ But the Lord said to him, ‘Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground. ³⁴ I have certainly seen the oppression of My people in Egypt and have heard their groans, and I have come down to rescue them; come now, and I will send you to Egypt.’ ³⁵ “This Moses whom they disowned, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one whom God sent to be both a ruler and a deliverer with the help of the angel who appeared to him in the thorn bush. ³⁶ This man led them out, performing wonders and signs in the land of Egypt and in the Red Sea and in the wilderness for forty years. ³⁷ This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brethren.’ ³⁸ This is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness together with the angel who was speaking to him on Mount Sinai, and who was with our fathers; and he received living oracles to pass on to you,” Acts 7:30-38.

“²³ From the descendants of this man, according to promise, God has brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus, ²⁴ after John had proclaimed before His coming a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel. ²⁵ And while John was completing his course, he kept saying, ‘What do you suppose that I am? I am not He. But behold, one is coming after me the sandals of whose feet I am not worthy to untie.’ ²⁶ “Brethren, sons of Abraham’s family, and those among you who fear God, to us the message of this salvation has been sent. ²⁷ For those who live in Jerusalem, and their rulers, recognizing neither Him nor the utterances of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled these by condemning Him. ²⁸ And though they found no ground for putting Him to death, they asked Pilate that He be executed. ²⁹ When they had carried out all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the cross and laid Him in a tomb. ³⁰ But God raised Him from the dead; ³¹ and for many days He appeared to those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, the very ones who are now His witnesses to the people. ³² And we preach to you the good news of the promise made to the fathers, ³³ that God has fulfilled this promise to our children in that He raised up Jesus, as it is also written in the second Psalm, ‘You are My Son; today i have begotten You.’ ³⁴ As for the fact that He raised Him up from the dead, no longer to return to decay, He has spoken in this way: ‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings of David.’ ³⁵ Therefore He also says in another Psalm, ‘You will not allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.’ ³⁶ For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep, and was laid among his fathers and underwent decay; ³⁷ but He whom God raised did not undergo decay. ³⁸ Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, ³⁹ and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses,” Acts 13:16-39.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
