In his anointed book ‘The Fear of The Lord,’ John Bevere writes that he was told by the Lord that the double Pentecost which He will soon pour out will be sevenfold of what it was when He poured out His Spirit upon the 120 Jewish disciples at the day of Pentecost. Knowing that Scripture goes hand in hand with the revelations of the Holy Spirit, he asked the Lord for scriptural confirmation of this personally received revelation. One of the verses the Lord gave him is found in Isaiah 30:26:

“Moreover the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people and heals the stroke of their wound.”

It is remarkable that this ‘sevenfold passage’ comes directly after the following verses:

“Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; and therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for Him. For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem; you shall weep no more. He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. And though the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers will not be moved into a corner anymore, but your eyes shall see your teachers. Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left,” Isaiah 30:18-21.

I so rejoiced reading this as it confirms what we have believed already for years, that as Pentecost happened during the celebration of this feast in .. Jerusalem, that thus also during a celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles He would pour out the double or sevenfold measure of His Spirit as the prophet Joel prophesies:

“Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you — the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the Lord your God and there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame. And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood,” Joel 2:23-31a.

What a day to look forward to and as the moon this year at the Feast of Tabernacles will turn red, we believe this year may well be the year for this promised amazing outpouring of His Spirit, as Jesus Himself used the last day of this Feast to announce these, “rivers of living water.”

“On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water,” John 7:37-38.

Than what a Feast this will be!
