On Intercession, Intercessors and the Intercessor Preacher

Intercession is perhaps the most commonly used word in the modern church, but the least experienced by most users.

People mistake it for just prayers, and the church today has it as a department in their structures. This is good though, but that is not it.

Intercession goes beyond just gathering and blabbing words for couple of hours. Intercession goes sacrificially beyond all of that. While we pray in intercession, we do more than just pray!

An intercessor is one who is swallowed up in the belly of the LORD and has come in a face to face contact with the heart – beat of the LORD and can interpret the rhythm and the pulse.

He is one of the few who has been privileged to share in and of the LORD’s burden being trusted and from the heat of the LORD’s stomach GROANS AND ROARS over the anomalies prevalent in the world and church and from the realm he roars, God is moved to ACT as his roars makes God restless!

Prayer warriors are everywhere but INTERCESSORS are in short supplies, they are a RARE BREED. The intercessors highway is INTIMACY WITH THE LORD AND A WILLINGNESS TO PARTAKE OF HIS BURDEN. They are the Mr WET EYES ON THEIR KNEES!

The Intercessor Preacher

Preachers are everywhere; they are being churned out in their great numbers from bible schools and seminaries.

We can not count the number of their lots being graduated annually globally and certificated to perform RELIGIOUS rites! Thank God for preachers, but blessed is the people who have INTERCESSOR PREACHERS watching over them!

Preachers are everywhere in the church labour market, on the streets even in kings palaces feasting on kings tables. The world is full of them but how scarce it is to find an INTERCESSOR PREACHER!

They are few so few that their likes are EXTINCTING gradually from the scene being SWALLOWED AND HIDDEN IN THE ENTRAILS OF THE LORD!

They are not FLASHY but are terribly burnt by the fierce heat of their habitation – THE STOMACH OF THE LORD where they are constantly experiencing the wobbling rumblings in the LORD’s belly.

Unable to stand because of the torrential weight of the tides and waves have learnt only to swim in the MOVINGS found in the LORD’s entrails. They have drunk of all the digested meals and have re – digested them in their digestive tracts.

You may only find them by the sea shores where the LORD has vomited them like Jonah, whose fiery word just coming from that realm brought the mighty nation of Nineveh, her kings and people to their knees in repentance!

Jesus is one of such while ministering on earth! His words were not at par with the systems of the world in His day! John the Baptist was another dressed in camel skin being vomited by the LORD on the shores of the Jordan River preaching repentance!

So mighty and powerful were his words that even kings left their palaces in search for him! Time would fail me to mention men like Charles G. Finney, Praying Hyde, George Muller and the likes of John Knox whose prayers and preaching the Queen of Scotland feared than the whole armies of queen Elizabeth of England put together!

The church today lives and thrives in the shadows of empty preachers with empty souls and a BANKRUPT spirit so full of theology and self with a deceptive heart only to exploit the church for their personal gains!
