The Intensity of Your Process
The body of Christ has been going through a more intense process on the potter’s wheel.
You are being made into something completely new for your destiny; a destiny that is at hand.
You are being refashioned for all the changes coming to your life in 2018.
You’re in the spin cycle and will soon leave this cycle for a new leg in your journey. It’s the washing… Do you hear it church?
He’s been consecrating and separating us, removing all the impurities that we can’t take with us in this new season.
Don’t fight the process. Let Him “wash you with the water of His word” (Ephesians 5:26) and make you ready!
We have been in a special, God-ordained time of purifying. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND – You are being purified, not denied! You must come out clean!
There is very little from the old season that is coming with you into the new one. The LORD had me to pay particular attention to the spin cycle of a washing. It’s a time of spinning and spinning and spinning, and often at a high rate of speed.
Many of you have not had a chance to figure out which way is up things are spinning so fast; seemingly out of control!
But in the spinning, God is removing ANYTHING LEFT IN YOU, THAT CANNOT COME WITH YOU, and when you come out of “the wash” you find yourself coming into a new place.
This place of spinning has been intense and it has led may of you to throw your hands up in what you thought was despair and dissolution.
But in the process, you have actually let go completely and you are trusting Him to bring you through in ways you never have before.
You’ve been brought to the most intense time of the washing process, where surrender is your best option, and because you are, spin as you may, you are flowing with the process God now has you in; realizing this has all been for your good (Romans 8:28).
This has been a special time of preparation for the season before you.
As I pondered all this, the LORD brought me back to the potter’s wheel again (Jeremiah 18).
I saw myself as this mess of a lump that I was, when this washing season all began for me.
I was unrecognizable really. I had walked through so much, I didn’t even know who I really was.
But because my heart cried out for God to make something beautiful out of the mess that was me, the wheel began to spin.
When you ask God to change you, heal you, and make you new, expect times of what might feel like great upheaval, intense spinning; as if your world is turning upside down.
Your perspective needs to change so you will stop fighting the process of which you asked God to do in you. Stay on the wheel Church.
Let God finish what He started. “He that began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it” (Philippians 1:6), but you have to stay on the wheel.
You have to stay yielded to this journey; even when you don’t get your way or understand it. Stay on the wheel.
Things are being trimmed off of you that God says do not belong. He’s shaping you; adding His own special touches to who He says you are made to be.
A little design here, a little color there. He’s making you, “the uniquely you”, that you were born to be.
Sometimes, just like when pottery is being made, the tools being used to fashion you will be sharp. They will cut deep. Whatever it takes to make you into what you were meant to be, God will do.
It will hurt sometimes. But in no time at all, you will feel his soft, loving hands wrap around you again and shape you even more into what He had in mind before He placed you in your mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5).
“You are fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14) and this process is worth it’s end result!
If you could see “you” now, you would stay on that wheel! You would embrace the spin cycle of your washing!
So go ahead! Envision the beauty of what you are being fashioned to become and what the next season is about to look like.
Get a vision of it (Habakkuk 2:3). Think on these things (Philippians 4:8) as you finish this leg of the journey.
Embrace it! Declare it! Write it out! Adjust your perception! Though it tarries, wait for it! Your time is coming! The best is yet to come!

Thank you Brian and Julie for allowing God to use you to bring enlightenment to me today.
I took the day today to pray and fast to seek God for understanding as to where I was in his process as I and my family have gone through a stripping time the last 2 years and especially this year.
I’ve received understanding and shared with my wife.
This gives us hope to look forward to what God has in store for us.
We surrender our lives to Him.
Thank you Brian and Julie for these words.
Indeed it is not pleasant on the potters wheel. Because of the difficult circumstances some time ago I asked the Lord ‘where I was’ because I did not know if I was in the oven or on the potters wheel.
In the same moment I asked the question I saw in the spirit a potters wheel and a big fire flame beside each other.
I had not thought about this before but of course the potter will – without any delay- put the finished vessel directly in the oven.
This can be good to have in mind when circumstances/persecution seems to be overwhelmingly. One can simply suddenly have become the ‘perfect’ vessel and therefore quickly put in the oven, which of course is ten thousand times worse than the potters wheel.
At that moment the believer takes the step to not bow down
to the symphony of the world and the songs it sings in that very moment the vessel is ready to be put in the oven;
“at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up Dan.3:5
“And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall ‘the same hour’ be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. Dan.3:6
Hi Edward,
We lift you in prayer as you travel on through the pain of the process. Many times, God is preparing us to be authentic and operating in the fullness of who He is. Sadly, the process to get there isn’t talked about like it used to be. We hear more about impartations and gifts and calls than we do the process that comes with character refinement as He prepares us to carry and release Him in purity and power. With love and hope for you! Brian and Julie
So true…. still clinging to hope that He is bringing me out. Blessings.
No one ever said it was like this
The tears that fall the pain that’s felt I’m trying to be patient I wait
You are not alone… it’s for our own good. I dint see all I went through for 5 years coming but I am glad to see the woman the process is shaping me to be.let’s be thankful and stay in a place of Praise. It will be worth it at the end. Think of the Lord and all He did for us on the cross. This is your cross. Continue to lift it for the Lord and watch the reward flow in! God bless. May the Lord continue to comfort you through it all…
