The Hunted Have Become the Hunters!
I heard, “The hunted have become the Hunters!”
You who have been saved are no longer the hunted. You are protected.
You abide in the Protecting Shadow of the Almighty. You are hidden under the Mighty Hand of God.
We have all heard the verse, “The devil goes about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)
But know this, Child of God. This is speaking only of those who are not born again in Jesus.
This verse of 1 Peter 5:8 says to be “sober-minded.” In the Greek, sober-minded means “TO BE CALM.” No longer be afraid of what the devil can do to you but trust in the One who has destroyed the works of the devil.
If fear starts to creep into your mind, cast it down in Jesus’ Name. That is just the enemy’s weak and empty “roar.”
The LORD is saying to you, “Weep not, the Lion of Judah has prevailed!”
You do not have to fear that toothless counterfeit lion called the devil. Even when the devil prowls all around you, he cannot find you for you are hidden in Christ.
You have submitted yourself to God when you became born again. Therefore, let your faith roar louder than your fear. Resist the devil, and he will flee!
I declare to you today, You are no longer the hunted but you have become the Hunter!
“Beloved. You are no longer the “hunted” but you have become the Hunter.
Yes, My Child. Though the devil goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, you are safe in Me.
Be calm and be alert to his schemes. GREATER is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
Do not let the devil deceive you. His roar is but a weak whimper of defeat.
He who seeks to swallow you up shall himself be swallowed. It is finished. The perishable have been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality.
Death has been SWALLOWED UP in victory. O Death, where is your victory? O Grave, where is your sting?
I have not given you a spirit of fear but of Power, Love and a Sound Mind. I have given you the victory through your Lord Jesus Christ.
You have the Mind of Christ. Your mortality has been swallowed up by MY LIFE and sin and death and fear no longer have a hold on you.
Those who plot against you shall be turned back and confused. In arrogance the wicked hotly pursued you but they shall be caught in the schemes that they have devised.
Though the enemy plots evil against you and devises wicked schemes, he cannot succeed.
No weapon that is fashioned against you shall prosper, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment.
This is the heritage of the servants of The LORD and your Vindication from Me,’ declares The LORD.
“The toothless cowardly lion has been conquered, Dear One.
I spoiled the principalities and powers. I made a show of him openly at the Cross, triumphing over him in it.
So let your faith roar louder than your fear. Pursue the wicked one. Surely you shall recover all.
He has been put to shame and dismayed forever; he shall run from you and perish in disgrace.
The counterfeit lion will flee from you with his tail between his legs, My Young Lion.
I declare to you today, “You are no longer the hunted but you are the Hunter!””

~ Deborah Waldron Fry
My dear, dear sister Deborah – I am deeply touched by your help, by your hard work. It takes approximately 10 minutes to read and at least the same amount of time to ponder over the chosen Holy Scriptures, but it takes much more time and efforts to put this all together like you did. Sister, I know you do not want to get flattered, nor do I, but you deserve thanks and reward. We all have special skills and talents from our Heavenly Father. Some can better speak / preach, some can better write, and some are good in both. Some are great musicians for and in the Kingdom, some are good cooks, gardeners, care givers, drivers, etc. etc. We are ONE BODY, and when one part suffers, the whole body is affected. Again, thank you and thank you all at HKP !
I stand in complete agreement!!
Thank you beautiful lady, God bless your beautiful heart!! :)
I can’t agree with you more. Thank you for your beautiful words instead of us. I am sure God will make His sincere servants satisfied with His heavenly blessings.
