The Hour of Arrival of Antichrist
“Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life,” 1 Timothy 6:19.
The Hour of Arrival of Antichrist
I believe we are approaching perilous times.
We’ve seen trying days, but they will be severe in the days ahead. It’s hard to believe that we are looking at 2023, but that is where we are. 2022 is coming to an end, and 2023 is upon us.
Time seems to be moving at a very rapid pace. This Nation [USA] has changed more in the last two to three years than all the previous ones combined.
The volatile environment we had made things ripe for change and we are headed in that direction again. What will we see in the days ahead?
Towards the end of 2018, The LORD gave to me, what I can only describe — as a Revelation — a Word — that the hour of arrival of antichrist is soon!
This came when I was least expecting it, but I do feel that it came to me from The LORD.
I alluded to it in my January-March 2019 message, entitled, “Prepare! Prepare! Prepare“! In that message, I wrote:
“We are approaching the end of one year and the beginning of another. 2018 saw many changes in the United States, and as we approach 2019, I feel we are at the precipice of very, very trying times.
I have an urgent message for God’s people — Prepare, prepare like you have never prepared before! Prepare your heart before The LORD!
God recently gave me a very clear Word, and that was to tell you to prepare! I do not know what is going to happen in 2019, but I feel that whatever is coming, is going to be sooner rather than later.
A great time of tumult and trouble is coming to this nation! The hour of arrival of antichrist is soon! Prepare yourself! Prepare! Prepare! Prepare!
I am feeling that all the warnings — all the culmination of the warnings that have been given — are coming to a close.
They are coming to an end. We will soon see great tumult and trouble coming to this land and we need to prepare!
God’s people need to prepare! We should be on our face before God, in sackcloth and ashes, praying for His guidance and direction, “O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us,” (Jeremiah 6:26).
“Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.
Let the priests, the ministers of The LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?” (Joel 2:15-17).”
I felt then that the time of warnings were coming to a close. Now, approximately four years later, we are closer than ever to this time. Continuing with the 2019 message:
“Our only Protection is In The LORD Jesus Christ! Only He can protect us and sustain us in everything!
If we will prepare for the days that are coming, and seek The LORD, then we can know that He is our Shield and Refuge. He will never leave us nor forsake us, sayeth The LORD.
This time of trouble that is coming is going to be a great time of trouble! There will have been never anything like it up unto this time and there will be nothing such as it after.
The time that is coming is soon! Prepare yourselves today, Sayeth The LORD! Prepare yourselves today!
Antichrist will rise during this time, “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time,” (1 John 2:18).
We are to be looking for the coming of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” (Hebrews 9:28).
We look and long for the appearing of Jesus! Yet, Scripture tells us the son of perdition will be revealed first, “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom The LORD shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,” (2 Thessalonians 2:2-9).
From this, we know that two things will happen before the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ, and our gathering together unto Him: 1) a falling away, and 2) the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.
We can see from the condition in the church that a great falling away is here. So many churches in this nation are more interested in numbers and programs than anything else.
They are enthralled with prospering pocketbooks instead of souls, teaching “….. that gain is godliness ……,” (1 Timothy 6:5).
There is a famine for hearing The Word of God, “Behold, the days come, saith The LORD God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of The LORD:” (Amos 8:11).
Many churches are more interested in teaching how to feel good, than how to prepare for the days ahead and the coming of Jesus Christ!
And now, the arrival of antichrist is soon. It coincides with the falling away. The great news is that Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, will consume that Wicked with the spirit of His mouth, and destroy him with the brightness of His coming!”
(Prepare! Prepare! Prepare! — Eternal Life Ministries — January-March 2019.
There is always good news in the Kingdom of God. That is what the Gospel means — good news!
If we know that antichrist is coming — just as John specifically mentions in 1 John 2:18 — then we also know that Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ is Coming!
This is the greatest news of all — and indeed — the only news that matters!
As the Scriptures declare in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3, Antichrist will be revealed before our gathering together unto our Lord Jesus Christ.
The gathering is obviously referring to when Christ will come in power and great glory, when He will, “….. gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other“ (Matthew 24:31).
This glorious, “…blessed hope…” (Titus 2:13), occurs “Immediately after the tribulation of those days….” (Matthew 24:29).
As long as Christ is coming for us, nothing else matters! Whatever happens to us in this life -=- as long as we are in Christ — we will be all right. No harm can come to us!
This is what Jesus meant when He told the apostles, “But there shall not an hair of your head perish“ (Luke 21:18).
He had just told them, “And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake” (Luke 21:16-17), but He reassured them that — even if they lost their lives — not even a hair of their head would perish. No ham would come to them.
Scripture tells us, “Precious in the sight of The LORD is the death of his saints,” (Psalm 116:15). As Paul made it clear, “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain,” (Philippians 1:21).
That’s how it is with us. NOTHING can harm us if we are Truly in Christ Jesus, “And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? (1 Peter 3:13).
Paul tells us in Romans, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us,” (Romans 8:35-37).
Our Refuge is in Christ. We need to stay very close to Him because — along with Antichrist arriving — a great time of trouble and tribulation is coming.
It is coming and will not tarry. When it comes, it will be an overflowing scourge that will devour the adversaries.
Many are not looking, watching, and preparing for Christ’s appearing, but The LORD would say to watch and be ready — for He is coming at an hour that so many think not.
As God warned Israel through the Prophet Habakkuk that the Chaldeans would invade and take them into captivity, He also warned of a vision, “…..yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry,” (Habakkuk 2:3).
Jesus is coming “… as a thief in the night; ” (2 Peter 3:10), and many will not be ready.
“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).
According to the Scriptures, Antichrist will be revealed, and then Our Lord Jesus Christ will come a short time later.
There will be great trial upon the earth, but at the end of it all, Christ — at His Coming — will make everything right for the True Child of God! We have nothing to fear, if we ARE IN CHRIST!
For those who are praying that Jesus is coming for them, it will give exceeding great and wonderful joy to know that He is!
It will be the Joy like after a man is born into the world, “A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world,” (John 16:21).
And so shall it be for all those “.. who love His appearing,”! (2 Timothy 4:8)
Alleluia, to The Most Holy and Wonderful Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Blessings to you all in Jesus’ Name!

I think that you have missed the timing. We are in the time of the restoration of all things. We are still not that glorious church the Bible talks about.
We are now in the cleansing time where the Lord is cleaning up the world,as he did many times in the Old Testament.
The Glory of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea, before the rapture of the church.
I am afraid you have missed this antichrist you speak of. It has been amongst us for years and look what it has done to the people. It now has MANY sons and daughters all spewing hatred and self promotion and where has the church been while it has been gaining steam. Your scripture from 1John is very true today.
I believe you are referring to 1John 2:18 “Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, SO NOW MANY ANTICHRISTS have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour.” That does NOT negate what Mr. Fyke is saying. The Book of Revelation also speaks of THE Antichrist. As John implies above, we have been in “the last days” for 2,000 years and YES, there have been *many* antichrists, from NT times forward: Antiochus, who destroyed Jerusalem and murdered 1 million Jews in 70 AD; some say Napoleon was one; who’d argue Hitler and Stalin were antichrists? There’ve been MANY. But there is only ONE who’s going to be The Beast, dreadful and terrible, his time so awful NO flesh wld survive unless those days were cut short! THAT’S who we’re to watch for!
I believe it was Titus not Antioch that destroyed Jerusalem 70ad
I realize that there have been many antichrists for a very long time, even since the time of the writing of 1 John. Undoubtedly, yes, antichrists are here today, as evidenced by the condition of the church.
YA. “Our only Protection is In The LORD Jesus Christ! Only He can protect us and sustain us in everything!
Amen.
Rejoice in the Lord always.
