The Missing Element in The Church Today!
Today, salvation has become the work of man, rather than the work of God in man.
Today we hear how we have the choice to choose, rather than the choice to respond.
We hear that a decision from us will do it, followed by a ritualistic prayer and profession where certain Scripture and phrases needs to be repeated, and then, based upon our profession, salvation is secured “by faith”.
The word “born-again” has almost completely vanished from The Churches vocabulary.
Why?
Because it presents The Church of our time with the same problem that it did the religious leaders at the time when Jesus was on earth.
The problem is that being born again, or born of the Spirit, or born from above, falls outside of the power of any man to accomplish. Like Nicodemus asked, “How will it be possible?…”
It takes salvation out of the reach and control of mankind and securely places it in the Hands of God alone!
It is a Divine work of The Holy Spirit!
He alone can birth His New Life in us! Man cannot do it and man cannot control it. There is nothing to be done from our side, it is a Divine work of grace that we are called to respond to.
That is the only time where we have any part to play in being born of The Holy Spirit — to respond by yielding ourselves and our lives, so He may come and breath His Breath of Life into us and make His home in us.
Being “saved” however is something that The Church has made possible for anyone who would feel that they would like to become Christian.
In fact, becoming a Christian has become as simple as joining any other faith. It has become no more than a form of conversion to the “Christian faith”.
All you need to do is to pledge your allegiance and profess that you now accept Jesus and then make a few confessions and there you go! You’re in! Now all you need to do is to find your favourite preacher and begin following him and share with others what you have learned from him.
Then be faithful to your new found religion, church and leader, and follow and believe what they teach you … and you are off to heaven!
The Holy Spirit and the Supernatural work that He alone can accomplish in the inner-man has been completely side-stepped!
The Church now relies on the scriptures to produce salvation, not The Holy Spirit or His Power!
Strange how times repeat themselves ! It was Jesus who addressed the religious leaders in His time and who told them that they attempting to use Scripture in the hope of securing the salvation of souls, and yet in doing so, they were missing salvation by a mile!
Today there is no longer an outcry from The Church and it’s leaders for God to heal the barrenness that has come as a result of The Holy Spirit no longer working among them in His Power.
Instead what is missing has been fabricated and faked to appear to be real, or simply just replaced with something else that would both distract and please people enough not to miss anything else.
In addition The Church has moved away from the direction of yielding to the Spirit, instead The Church and her leaders have taken over control and now run their own programs the way they see it appeasing the emotional needs of their audience.
True Anointing is quickly scorned at wherever it becomes visible, because of the threat it presents in awakening those sleeping in their seats to the real and the authentic move of The Holy Spirit, which would put The Church and its leaders in a questionable position.
As a result the Anointed of The LORD are not inside The Church, but have been shouldered out of The Church and are kept at bay.
What interesting times we are entering where anointed men and women of God are going to be brought onto the scene in the coming years!
Who will stand independently from any organization and the control of the system?
Who will come to speak as The Holy Spirit gives utterance and demonstrate the Power of God as The Holy Spirit will give manifested expression through them?
What a time of the return of The Holy Spirit and the Supernatural Power of His work that will simply plow through everything that has been set up as obstacles by man. What glorious times of refreshing for His people!
As in times before, God has been faithful to deliver His people at times when they had become the prisoners of the spirit of religion and leaders who seek to monopolise The Church and rig the system to their personal advantage.
Out of nowhere and suddenly God’s messengers arise as The Holy Spirit releases them to go and announce freedom to the captives, the restoring of sight to those blinded by religious teaching, the opening of prison doors and the restoring of every bent reed, announcing the time of God’s Favour among His people!
Prepare for God’s prophets!
Prepare for His apostles!
Prepare for His Spirit to return in Power and to sweep through the land releasing all who were bound and destroying every yoke upon the neck of His people!

The power with authority is what will make demons tremble and flee. Unclean spirits aren’t afraid of only power. In heaven Lucifer had power and authority but when he got kicked out he lost authority. Jesus was given all authority by the Father reference Matthew 28. The church need to be in alignment with the Father through Jesus to walk in the power and authority as our Savior.
