The Good Race
“When the Philistine rose and came forward to meet David, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet the Philistine,” 1 Samuel 17:48, AMP.
My child, you are called to run the good race and to fight the good fight of faith. Like David, you are called to run toward the enemy knowing with confident assurance that I go before you.
If I go before you, then the Light of My presence is what you run toward. The enemy — the darkness and his dark ones — flee before the Light of My presence thereby you advance too.
The darkness melts like wax before the fire of My presence. It is like a hot knife cutting through butter: all resistance gives way. I have defeated the darkness; it has no countermeasure or weapon that can nullify My complete victory. I have given the authority to enforce My victory to My Bride.
I have patiently waited for this generation to come forth that will finish the mission of My Bride. This is the season of the Great Harvest. This is the generation that will complete what was started when I gave the command to carry the good news of the Kingdom of God to the entire world. This is the generation that runs the last leg of the race through the ages. The mission or baton has been passed from generation to generation.
Though it may seem like the wicked one has a great lead and advantage, look with the eyes of faith and you will see that I AM anointing the feet of My dear, loyal-hearted ones.
Acceleration is the word that most closely describes what comes now. My swift-footed army shall move across the nations with power, signs and wonders. The agents of evil will be confused, confounded and put into total chaos while My own come together in unity around the Cross of the Son.
As the forerunners go out first, others will rally to their call when they awaken. This is no easy run around the park, but the carrying of the torch of My victory into the very camp of the enemy. Like David, My bridal remnant is taking the fight to the giant trusting fully in Me — the One Who dwells in you: your Victorious Lord.
Using the motto of the US Army Infantry, “Follow Me,” I will guide your steps and provide for all your needs as you run the race set before you. Follow the Light. See the darkness flee. Listen for My voice to guide and comfort you.
Open up your hearts and receive revelation of the completeness of My victory. Nothing was left undone or neglected. My victory is complete, unshakeable, and irrevocable. I come to refresh you and to break the malaise of weariness off of you.
Come out to Me, dear one. Drink from My well. Be strengthened by My peace and joy. It is time. The pace is quickening and the game is afoot. Shalom.
“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God,” Hebrews 12:1-2, NKJV.
