I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare the Lord is sitting on a HIGH and LOFTY THRONE!
  More HOLY than the holiest holiness is the Lord God ALMIGHTY!
  The whole Earth is FILLED with His GLORY!
• We decree and declare as you submit to the ONE TRUE GOD, Jesus Christ/ Messiah Yeshua, your INIQUITY is GONE; His touch washes your sins away and you are CLEANSED.
  Continue in PURITY seeking His face and His WAYS all the days of your life.
• We decree and declare the Lord is calling, “Whom should I send? Who will go for us?”
  You with humble and sincere hearts RESPOND, “I’m here, send me!”
  You speak to the ears and hearts that have been closed and confused, “OPEN! Hear the Word of the Lord: His Good News through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua His Son!”
• We decree and declare the Lord is LEVELING a highway in the desert!
  Every valley will be filled in, every mountain and hill lowered, the bumpy places made level and the crags become a plain.
  For the GLORY of the LORD is being REVEALED; all humankind together will SEE it!
• We decree and declare you Servants of the Lord, who bring GOOD NEWS to Zion, and all Nations, get yourself up on a high Mountain, CRY OUT at the top of your voice!
  DON’T BE AFRAID to SHOUT out loud!
  Say to the cities of Israel and the World, “HERE IS YOUR GOD!”
• We decree and declare the Everlasting God, the Lord Creator of the Earth, SEES ALL and KNOWS what you are going through.
  Do not think that your way is hidden from the Lord.
  God INVIGORATES the exhausted, He gives STRENGTH to the powerless.
  Those who HOPE in the Lord will RENEW their STRENGTH, they will SOAR aloft as with EAGLES’ WINGS.
• We decree and declare the People of the Most High God, and their descendants will be KNOWN among the Nations; all who see them will ACKNOWLEDGE that they are ones who are BLESSED of the Lord!
• We rejoice and are joyful in the Lord our God, for He has clothed me in SALVATION, dressed me with a robe of TRIUMPH! The Lord God is causing HIS VICTORY and GLORY to spring up before ALL Nations!
• We decree and declare the Earth is FULL of the knowledge of the Lord’s GLORY, as Water COVERING the sea!
  As the Lord is in His Holy Temple.
  Let all the Earth be SILENT in awe before Him!
• We declare the Lord God is directing His fury at the forces of darkness, at the lands crying out with the blood of the martyrs and the persecuted.
  We speak TRUTH and LIFE to those regions, to those who have been controlled by the powers of darkness.
  We decree FREEDOM to the rulers who are possessed, we decree VICTORY to the armies of the Most High God.
• We decree and declare, we break the spirit of confusion and control that has held the unsaved from turning to the Lord and His Salvation.
  We decree NOW is the Day of Salvation, do not turn away, but RECEIVE FORGIVENESS, in the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah.
• We decree and declare the Lord is HERE to SAVE His People, to SAVE His Anointed Ones; He CRUSHES the head of the house of the wicked, UNCOVERING its foundation.
  The enemies will be pierced and destroyed by their own weapons and by the WHIRLWIND and SEA of the Lord!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple. ² Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ³ And one called out to another and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, the whole earth is full of His glory.” ⁴ And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. ⁵ Then I said, “Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.” ⁶ Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs. ⁷ He touched my mouth with it and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.” ⁸ Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” ⁹ He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on listening, but do not perceive; Keep on looking, but do not understand,’” Isaiah 6:1-9.

“¹ “Comfort, O comfort My people,” says your God. ² “Speak kindly to Jerusalem; and call out to her, that her warfare has ended, that her iniquity has been removed, that she has received of the Lord’s hand double for all her sins.” ³ A voice is calling, “Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness; make smooth in the desert a highway for our God. ⁴ “Let every valley be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; and let the rough ground become a plain, and the rugged terrain a broad valley; ⁵ Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” ⁶ A voice says, “Call out.” Then he answered, “What shall I call out?” All flesh is grass, and all its loveliness is like the flower of the field. ⁷ The grass withers, the flower fades, when the breath of the Lord blows upon it; surely the people are grass. ⁸ The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. ⁹ Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; lift it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your God!” ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him. ¹¹ Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing ewes……
……. ²⁷ Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel, “My way is hidden from the Lord, and the justice due me escapes the notice of my God”? ²⁸ Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. ²⁹ He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. ³⁰ Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, ³¹ Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary,” Isaiah 40:1-11, 27-31.

“⁹ Then their offspring will be known among the nations, and their descendants in the midst of the peoples. All who see them will recognize them because they are the offspring whom the Lord has blessed. ¹⁰ I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ¹¹ For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations,” Isaiah 61:9-11.

“¹⁴ “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea……
……. ²⁰ “But the Lord is in His holy temple. Let all the earth be silent before Him……
…….. ⁸ Did the Lord rage against the rivers, or was Your anger against the rivers, or was Your wrath against the sea, that You rode on Your horses, on Your chariots of salvation? ⁹ Your bow was made bare, the rods of chastisement were sworn. Selah. You cleaved the earth with rivers. ¹⁰ The mountains saw You and quaked; the downpour of waters swept by. The deep uttered forth its voice, it lifted high its hands. ¹¹ Sun and moon stood in their places; they went away at the light of Your arrows, at the radiance of Your gleaming spear. ¹² In indignation You marched through the earth; in anger You trampled the nations. ¹³ You went forth for the salvation of Your people, for the salvation of Your anointed. You struck the head of the house of the evil to lay him open from thigh to neck. Selah. ¹⁴ You pierced with his own spears the head of his throngs. They stormed in to scatter us; their exultation was like those who devour the oppressed in secret. ¹⁵ You trampled on the sea with Your horses, on the surge of many waters,” Habakkuk 2:14, 20; 3:8-15.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
