The Four Horsemen Are Riding — All Things!
2022 has fully begun and as the year progresses we will see what events will unfold.
It is challenging to keep moving forward in this massive world of uncertainty. Changes take place it seems on a daily basis.
The LORD had spoken to me several years back that change was coming, and change indeed we have seen.
Nothing is like what it was in the past. The “new normal,” is slowly becoming everyone’s “normal.”
What was once in the past is no longer the case. Now, we live in a different world, never to go back to the way things were before.
Even people of the world say this. I think they would like to get back to how things were before, and maybe even now for a moment, some may think they are headed back in that direction, but I feel things will never completely go back to where they were before the pandemic.
Thus, we live in a new world — a new America. This country has been changing for a time, and it has now made its greatest transformation yet, making its longest leap to date in the past two years.
At the time of this writing, we are approximately two years since the virus descended upon the world.
At that time, pestilence, what Scripture refers to as death and beasts of the earth, were unleashed on the world,
“And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth,” Revelation 6:8.
This may have started with the unveiling of the white horse, as corona means crown,
“And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer,” Revelation 6:2.
We know that ultimately our King Jesus is coming back triumphantly on a white horse, wearing many crowns,
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God,” Revelation 19:11-13.
It is Jesus, Himself, that looses the seals, beginning with the four horses described in the Book of Revelation,
“And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see,” Revelation 6:1.
We are witnessing this now. Pestilence has devoured the earth, and there is already talk of more strains of this pandemic.
Jesus said there would be pestilences — plural — meaning more than one. The four horsemen are being unleashed before our very eyes. Now, we are seeing the red horse riding, as a spirit of war is in the land,
“And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword,” Revelation 6:3-4.
When The Word of God mentions sword, it means war, bloodshed.
What is going on in Ukraine with Russia is heart rending to see. We have seen skirmishes of fighting and terrorism throughout the world in various pockets, but this in Ukraine is different.
It reminds me of something from a different era, reminiscent of the times of World War II, maybe even back further than that — a land coming in and totally decimating another.
In this post-modern world, it just doesn’t seem fitting to what we’re used to seeing. People do a lot of talk today, but do we really see a country being totally dismantled?
It appears to be happening in Ukraine. Civilian buildings are being bombed, unleashing massive devastation — leaving thoughts of wondering if we are headed to World War III.
The rider of the red horse is riding and war is in the land. We should not think we are exempt in America, because I believe, ultimately, that is where things are heading.
Whether you feel America is referred to in The Bible or not, I believe it is alluded to in several places, both representative of Judah and Babylon alike; Judah or Jerusalem, because of the fact, that, like Judah, America was initially established for the primary purposes of worshipping God.
Though it is by no means like ancient Israel, it’s beginning was similar in the fact that its establishment was centered on worshipping God.
Certainly, not every place in the Bible where it mentions Judah is speaking of America, but we can generalize that, how God dealt with Israel — a nation and people that were supposed to serve Him — He will likewise deal with this nation in similar ways.
This country has had the greatest Light given to it, as churches are on every corner, Bibles are readily available, the Gospel has been preached on the airwaves, blessings have abounded, yet by and large, it has squandered the opportunity that has been given to it.
What was once begun as a group of people assimilating for the purposes of religious freedom to worship The One True God, has, over the years, begun to reject the Glorious God that it was originally founded upon.
That brings us to Babylon. In all of its sheer wealth, luxury, and prosperity, it sits complacently as a queen,
“How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.” Revelation 18:7.
Nobody ever thinks anything can happen to this country, but things are changing. What was once a very powerful voice in world affairs is now beginning to lose its influence.
As people have rejected God in their lives, God has begun to vacate and pull away His Mighty Hand of Protection.
Still, she sits as a queen — never expecting that anything could ever happen to her. The goodness that has been given to her has been turned into poison and she freely shares it — oftentimes even pushing it — to other societies,
“For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies,” Revelation 18:3.
What should be an example of Godliness — having been permeated with the Gospel — has been shared as ungodliness with other countries.
They say more pornography has been promulgated from this country than anywhere else in the world. And the tenets of Scripture — righteousness, humility, persecution, self-denial — has been traversed to other parts of the world as worldliness, prosperity, and gain.
It is to this, that John The Revelator, proclaims,
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities,” Revelation 18:4-5.
And now, we find a world that is ripe for transformation — vulnerable and weakened by a global pandemic — gas prices soaring — food shortages looming — and now on the verge of war. The red horse rider of Revelation is riding.
Simultaneously, the black horse rider of famine is galloping as well,
“And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine,” Revelation 6:5-6.
The supply chain has been weakened, leading to increased demand for goods, which are no longer on the shelves.
The addition of higher gas prices has only accentuated what was an already dwindled supply of resources. I’m not trying to be an economist. I’m just sharing what appears to be the case in this country, and if it’s happening here, it’s probably worse in other parts of the world.
Revelation 6:8 brings this all together as the pale horse. The result is Death and Hell! The Prophet Ezekiel gives us further definition of the judgments ensuing. Notice the parallel with Revelation:
“For thus saith The LORD God; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?” Ezekiel 14:21.
“And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth,” Revelation 6:8.
This is what is developing before our eyes. Though more severe judgments may be yet to come, I believe we are witnessing the beginnings of it.
If you think it can never happen in this country, just ask yourself, did you ever think the things that have transpired in the last two years would ever happen.
This world has changed — this country has changed. I’ve never seen gas prices like they are now . Will they go back down?
Perhaps, but one way or another, things are beginning to shake. Each week you go to the store, there’s less and less on the shelves.
Some stuff just isn’t there any more. If people were desperate for toilet paper, what will they be for bread and milk?
The sword is beginning to pummel the world, as is death — pestilence. Living with a pandemic is now a way of life, and I don’t believe the Russian bear has ever really gotten its eyes off of this country.
In short, we better pray like we have never prayed, spend time with God like we have never spent with Him. Draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh unto you. If we seek Him, we shall find Him. That is His promise from His Word.
All Things!
You may be wondering why I subtitled this message, “All Things!”
Here’s why. No matter what happens in our lives. No matter what happens in the world. We can be assured that Christ is with us.
He will never leave us. He will never forsake us. Can we leave Him? Yes, but if we keep our trust in Him — if we keep our eyes on Him — if we cling to His promises, we can know it’s going to be all right.
When God speaks, He does so in no uncertain terms. If He says it is — it is.
When God said let there be light, there was light. When God created man, there was man. When God says all things — He means all things.
We are given two very comforting places in Scripture where God assures us that, if we are Truly His children, and following Him with everything within us — then everything is Truly going to be ALL right.
Romans 8:28 says:
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”.
We can know that everything is going to work out for our good if we love God and are called according to His purpose.
We can trust that God is working out ALL THINGS for our good!
This includes things that we might otherwise not generally think of as good, but if God says He’s going to work it out for our good — whatever it is — He will indeed do it.
Things come up in our lives and we wonder how or why could this have happened. “What is the reason for this?” “How could this have happened to me or someone I’m close with?”
Job asked this question undoubtedly many times. Yet, in the midst of it all, Job maintained his integrity and trusted in The LORD.
That is how God is with His people. He knows His own that trust Him in everything, and in so doing, we can know that He is going to work out ALL THINGS — EVERYTHING — for our good! He didn’t say it would be easy, but in the end, He would be working it out for our good.
This is everything, even those things that we think may not be best for us. If we have truly committed ALL of our lives to Him, He will, somehow — some way — work out ALL THINGS for our good! It doesn’t matter if we understand it or not. It’s not our job to understand. It’s our job to live for and trust in Him!
The same goes for Philippians 4: 13:
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me”.
When it says all things it Truly means All Things! We can get through it. We can overcome it. We can do it — whatever it is!
Provided it it something that is in line with His Word and Will, He will give us the strength to accomplish it! We obviously shouldn’t expect Him to help us do something that goes against His Word — but for anything else – if God be for us, who can be against us!
He will give us the strength to do All Things!
We live in a day that is perilous. Revelation 6 is unfolding before our very eyes!
There is pestilence, famine, war, and death on the horizon for this world. We can see the stirrings happening on the evening news.
But, for the People of God, our hope is NOT in this world. We have come out from among the world! This world is not our home. We are just passing through!
As long as we keep our eyes on Jesus we will be ALL right! Matter of fact, not only will we be ALL right, but we can know that we can do all things through Christ, and that he is working out all things for our good!
When He says all things, He means just that, and there is NO limitation on all things!
Our God can do everything!
Alleluia to The Wonderful Name of Jesus, Our Wonderful Lord and Savior! To Him, we give all the praise and the Honor and the Glory!
Amen and Amen and Amen!

Who invented the term ‘new normal’ to enter and condition the psyche of the masses to accept a lower standard of life/living, as normal? I know the name and answer. Who are the leaders of Russia and Ukraine? What do they believe? One has a strange interpretation of Christianity and the other is on record that he believes in God but does not want to talk about it or religion and only turns to God for personal issues (said early 2020 so before invasion). The Pope said he saw omens of destruction and desolation in our future. Jesus is our lifeline and lifeboat, Praise Be To Almighty Jesus
Without God we have no hope.
