Declarations & Decrees: The Fire of Holy Spirit Is Upon You to Lead & Guide in This Hour!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• • I decree and declare Holy Spirit is here to IGNITE your faith with FIRE!
    You come together in ONE ACCORD, waiting upon the Lord and in His Presence.
    While He dwells within the Believers, He waits for your EAR and HEART to be turned toward Him.
    WAIT upon Him for the ANOINTING to FALL!
  • I decree and declare CROWDS WILL GATHER as they HEAR and SEE the POWER of Holy Spirit upon you.
    The people will gather to HEAR about the GREAT WORKS of God in their own language as the Spirit gives you UTTERANCE.
    God will MOVE in your midst to DRAW mankind unto Himself, through His Son Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  • I decree and declare these are the Last Days and the Lord/ Adonai is POURING OUT from His Spirit on everyone.
    Your sons and daughters will PROPHESY, your young men will SEE VISIONS, your old men will DREAM DREAMS.
    God is not partial, He pours out His Spirit upon ALL who are SEEKING Him.
  • I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is performing MIRACLES in the sky above and SIGNS on the Earth below.
    The Sun will become dark and the Moon Blood before the GREAT and FEARFUL Day of the Lord/ Adonai comes.
    WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD/ ADONAI WILL BE SAVED!
  • I decree and declare I am discharging my OBLIGATIONS to God with a perfectly clear conscience, right until today.
    Though some attack and malign my name, still I will WALK IN THE WAY OF THE LORD.
    No weapon or words formed against me shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)
  • I decree and declare the Lord will SPEAK to many through VISIONS, DREAMS and VISITATIONS.
    You are to TAKE COURAGE!
    As you have borne a FAITHFUL WITNESS to Him in your city, now HE IS SENDING YOU out to other regions and lands.
  • I decree and declare the Lord will HELP you on your way; He will LEAD OTHERS to intercede for you and to protect you in your travels and where you live.
    The Lord’s angels stand round about to SHIELD against eyes and the arrows of the enemy.
  • I decree and declare plots to harm you will be REVEALED, for nothing is concealed that will not be uncovered.
    Those who walk in the WAY of the Lord will be protected.
    The Lord will give you FAVOR with those near you and able to help. (Matthew 10:26)

• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. ² And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance. ⁵ Now there were Jews living in Jerusalem, devout men from every nation under heaven. ⁶ And when this sound occurred, the crowd came together, and were bewildered because each one of them was hearing them speak in his own language. ⁷ They were amazed and astonished, saying, “Why, are not all these who are speaking Galileans? ⁸ And how is it that we each hear them in our own language to which we were born? ⁹ Parthians and Medes and Elamites, and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, ¹⁰ Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the districts of Libya around Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, ¹¹ Cretans and Arabs—we hear them in our own tongues speaking of the mighty deeds of God.” ¹² And they all continued in amazement and great perplexity, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” ¹³ But others were mocking and saying, “They are full of sweet wine.” ¹⁴ But Peter, taking his stand with the eleven, raised his voice and declared to them: “Men of Judea and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you and give heed to my words. ¹⁵ For these men are not drunk, as you suppose, for it is only the third hour of the day; ¹⁶ but this is what was spoken of through the prophet Joel: ¹⁷ ‘And it shall be in the last days,’ God says, ‘That I will pour forth of My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; ¹⁸ Even on My bondslaves, both men and women, I will in those days pour forth of My Spirit and they shall prophesy. ¹⁹ ‘And I will grant wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke. ²⁰ ‘The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord shall come. ²¹ ‘And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved,’” Acts 2:1-21.

“¹ Paul, looking intently at the Council, said, “Brethren, I have lived my life with a perfectly good conscience before God up to this day.” ² The high priest Ananias commanded those standing beside him to strike him on the mouth. ³ Then Paul said to him, “God is going to strike you, you whitewashed wall! Do you sit to try me according to the Law, and in violation of the Law order me to be struck?”……
…… ¹¹ But on the night immediately following, the Lord stood at his side and said, “Take courage; for as you have solemnly witnessed to My cause at Jerusalem, so you must witness at Rome also”…..
…….. ¹⁶ But the son of Paul’s sister heard of their ambush, and he came and entered the barracks and told Paul. ¹⁷ Paul called one of the centurions to him and said, “Lead this young man to the commander, for he has something to report to him.” ¹⁸ So he took him and led him to the commander and said, “Paul the prisoner called me to him and asked me to lead this young man to you since he has something to tell you.” ¹⁹ The commander took him by the hand and stepping aside, began to inquire of him privately, “What is it that you have to report to me?” ²⁰ And he said, “The Jews have agreed to ask you to bring Paul down tomorrow to the Council, as though they were going to inquire somewhat more thoroughly about him. ²¹ So do not listen to them, for more than forty of them are lying in wait for him who have bound themselves under a curse not to eat or drink until they slay him; and now they are ready and waiting for the promise from you.” ²² So the commander let the young man go, instructing him, “Tell no one that you have notified me of these things.” ²³ And he called to him two of the centurions and said, “Get two hundred soldiers ready by the third hour of the night to proceed to Caesarea, with seventy horsemen and two hundred spearmen.” ²⁴ They were also to provide mounts to put Paul on and bring him safely to Felix the governor. ²⁵ And he wrote a letter having this form: ²⁶ “Claudius Lysias, to the most excellent governor Felix, greetings. ²⁷ “When this man was arrested by the Jews and was about to be slain by them, I came up to them with the troops and rescued him, having learned that he was a Roman. ²⁸ “And wanting to ascertain the charge for which they were accusing him, I brought him down to their Council; ²⁹ and I found him to be accused over questions about their Law, but under no accusation deserving death or imprisonment. ³⁰ “When I was informed that there would be a plot against the man, I sent him to you at once, also instructing his accusers to bring charges against him before you.” ³¹ So the soldiers, in accordance with their orders, took Paul and brought him by night to Antipatris. ³² But the next day, leaving the horsemen to go on with him, they returned to the barracks. ³³ When these had come to Caesarea and delivered the letter to the governor, they also presented Paul to him. ³⁴ When he had read it, he asked from what province he was, and when he learned that he was from Cilicia, ³⁵ he said, “I will give you a hearing after your accusers arrive also,” giving orders for him to be kept in Herod’s Praetorium,” Acts 23:1-3, 11, 16-35.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
