This Ferris wheel is going to take you for the ride of your life!

Last night I had a dream that I was running from something I couldn’t see what it was, but what I did see was that it was a big Ferris wheel like object in my way as I ran.

So I reached up and grabbed it and it took me all the way up in the air! I remembered I was so afraid of heights, but I closed my eyes tightly and I said, “If I die, let me die!” and I held on for dear life as I went up in the air.

All I could see was below me!

As I prayed this morning I heard The Holy Ghost say, “A famine has come!” But, as I prayed for the interpretation this morning, The LORD gave me:

“He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the {perfecting of the saints}, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: that we henceforth be {no more} children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; but speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: from whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love,” (Ephesians 4:10-16).

The LORD let me know that their is absolutely NO temptation taken you, but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; BUT WILL WITH THE TEMPTATION ALSO MAKE A WAY TO ESCAPE, that ye may be able to bear l it, (1 Corinthians 10:13)

The LORD in this dream made a way of escape for me to escape even though in the dream I was called to go up higher and had to face my fears; heights!

I was so scared in the dream. I would fall, but The LORD revealed to me in prayer that no matter what comes, He is going to be there to catch me, just as He did the Prophet Elijah who spoke, “To King Ahab surely as The LORD lives, no rain or dew will fall during the next few years unless I command it,” (1 Kings 17:1)

The prophets of Baal who worked for Jezebel were out to deceive the people, but God had prophets who were still standing, decreeing and yet declaring The Word of God and who had not bowed down to deception!

For, I hear God saying that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive men like this Ferris wheel I was on — as it was shaking me all over the place — but I held on tight for the ride of my life!

The Ferris wheel is a place of shaking, unsettling, life’s up and down, fear, God bringing heaven to earth, and a place to struggle to hold on!
