God’s Holy Word… “The Book”…

Apostasy is… defined in the Greek word study of Greek words as [the original Greek text of scripture], saying it has the meaning of:

In the Greek interlinear King James Version parallel New Testament in Greek and English, the phrase… “Falling away” [English words] is translated apostasia (ἀποστασία, apostasia, ap-os-tas-ee’-ah) in the original Greek text found in:

“² That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
³ Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; ⁴ who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of god, shewing himself that he is God,” 2 Thessalonians 2:2-4 emphasis added.

According to verse 3… There will come a falling away before the Antichrist is revealed to the world. The word then seen in the Greek for “Falling away” is…

Apostasy

I might now ask the question: apostasy from what?

The clear Bible teaching will prove that the apostasy is a falling away from The Word of God and Revealed Truth.

The most dangerous of all end time signs is apostasy.

“¹I charge thee therefore before God, and The Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His Kingdom; ² preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
³ For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; ⁴ and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables,” 2 Timothy 4:1-4 KJV.

The earmark of the great falling away will be the mark of men no longer following… “Sound doctrine“.

This is none other then turning from following The Word of God itself. [The Bible or written Word of God].

Notice the apostasy is not just leaving off the correct doctrine of The Word of God, but men hiring other men to teach “words which sounds good” to their itching ears.

It is one thing to not know the truth, and something worse is to know the truth and turn away from it, and then even going further, is to only listen to certain men who teach [only what men want to hear].

It is called apostasy. Apostasy is falling away.

Is what you preach sound Bible Doctrine, or is it something that men want to hear?

Have you preached all the Bible Doctrine, or are you turning away listening to only that which pleases men?

“¹³ But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. ¹⁴ But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, ¹⁵ and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
¹⁶ All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, ¹⁷ that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work,” 2 Timothy 3:13-17.

I have written this Word in obedience to The LORD, and the clear teaching of The Holy Spirit.

In these end times we see men no longer preaching sound doctrine. Their preaching is not “Sound” because it is not based upon sound Bible Doctrine.

As a matter of fact, many today no longer follow The Book… The Word of God, and they have followed preachers who sound good.
