The Everlasting God Does Not Faint or Grow Weary
In this hour of great distress of many people who are living in a most troubling world, it is good to know and very encouraging to be “Reminded of God and Who He is!”
When one considers the Everlasting God and all His Glory, the troubles vanishes away in such a knowledge, because when He is clearly seen and understood, He does give strength to wait and have faith and to even believe.
The LORD is not troubled at all by the much trouble which the ungodly generation of men does bring much discomfort to many.
No matter how awful is the trouble, one who knows his God and understands Him in all his greatness and power, will find Rest, and will yet mount up on wings and run and not be weary and shall run and not be weary and walk and not faint.
This Everlasting God never ends in His Power to lift us up and give us victory!
“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, The LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:28-31.
Isaiah is my favorite of all scriptures. It lifts me up.
