THE ENEMY WITHOUT AND THE ENEMY WITHIN
*** DO NOT TREAT THEM THE SAME ***

When you are dealing with the enemy without, those who have never professed to be a believer and never had an experience with Me, you are to bless them. When they curse you bless them, when they despite-fully use you, pray for them. When they hate you, do something good for them, Matthew 5:44. If you do this out of duty it will have no effect, but when you do it out of a heart of love, it completely destroys all their defense mechanisms.

When you are dealing with the enemy within, the method changes dramatically. The enemy within in many cases is far more vicious and evil that the enemy without. The enemies within are made up of the backslidden, the lukewarm, and the spies. The backslidden people, can become so vicious, they will wish you dead, and at times try to arrange it, Matthew 10:21. The lukewarm mock and laugh at your every effort to sell out to Me. They twist My word until it matches their sensual lifestyle. They cause the youth to disregard My word and My counsel, and throw off all restraints, Luke 17:1-2. Then there are the spies, false brothers who are sent in to find out information to use against you, who have no intention of ever walking in the Spirit and who’s only intent is to destroy, Galatians 2:4-5.

The enemy within must be treated differently in order to keep My body moving toward a pure bride, not having spot or wrinkle. Tolerating known sin that one excuses and refuses to repent of, is not and will never be tolerated in the kingdom. If you do not discern My body and its need for purity, many will be sick and even die because sin brings forth death. For example: “if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. ^[12] It is not your place to judge them that are without, but you must judge the actions of them that are within, because you are your brother’s keeper. ^[13] But them that are without I will judge. The western church ignores this command but in order to be part of My kingdom you must, put away from among yourselves that wicked person who claims to be a brother or sister and will not stop living in sin,” 1 Corinthians 5:11-13.

Remember to always distinguish between the two enemies, those outside the camp and those inside. The outsiders are sinners who are doing what is natural to the old nature, sinning. You are to bless them even while they are sinning, because My goodness will lead some of them to repentance, Romans 2:4. However the insider sinner, who claims to have My nature, yet refuses to kill his old nature “because of his hardness and impenitent heart, is storing up My wrath against the day of wrath and the revelation of My righteous judgment; ^[6] I will at that time render to every man according to his deeds.

Yes, I realize it takes time for some to repent, and that’s where My grace comes into play. I still love them but if they will not repent, they are choosing death and you are responsible to treat this enemy within differently, in order to keep My little ones from being drawn away by their evil influence. ^[7] So to you who by patient continuance in well doing seek My glory and honor and immortality, I will grant eternal life: ^[8] But to the enemy inside the church body, that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, you will receive My indignation and wrath,” Romans 2:5-8.

The believers goal must always be to restore the backslider and lukewarm and sometimes it takes tough love like if you brother does you wrong, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he hears you, you have gained your brother. ^[16] But if he will not hear you, then take with you one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. ^[17] And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, treat him as a heathen man and a publican. ^[18] Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever you bind on earth, We will back up in heaven: and whatsoever you loose on earth it will be backed up in heaven,” Matthew 18:15-18.

Sometimes it may require really, really tough love, where you are dealing with them with deviate sexual sins, (sins that are against Father’s nature) you may have to deliver them over to Satan for the destruction of his or her physical flesh, that their spirit may be saved in the day I return, 1 Corinthians 5:5. Sometimes it takes the smell of sulfur and screams of the damned to bring them back. If Satan has them for a few minutes, their conversion is instant and repentance is complete, with no more playing around. Sixty seconds in hell always works! These methods of keeping My church pure will fall on deaf ears in the west, but heaven will never bend the rules for the modern western church.
