Those places still have breath.

Those places are going to rise up.

Those places are going to find themselves being filled up with The Spirit.

There is still breath on things that we think the time has already passed, but in God’s heart it’s not time’s past.

It is still time — because He is doing an eternal work.

Places that knew and lost the previous moves will know a new refreshing and a continuous flow of blessing.

“The dry river beds are filling up again!

Behold, the water level is rising. The place of healing is rising with it.

Miracles, signs and wonders are coming to life.

All things are possible in the river of my blessing,” says The LORD.

“I’m taking the roof off your house — and I will stand in your midst and sing over you as My Glory descends.

I AM going to soak your walls. I will sweep you off your feet.

The water level is rising and my passion is rising with it.

I will smile on you. I will Sing over you and say yes to the longings of your heart.”

Behold He is doing a new thing!

This is our God whose voice parts a sea in half, sends down fire from Heaven, and Who is making Rivers to spring up in the desert places!
