The LORD gave me a dream recently.

In the dream I was in large room filled with people. It seemed like it might have been an airport or train station. I was in the middle of all the people holding a “badly” wrapped Christmas gift.

I began to tap the gift on a table and it made a loud noise. A noise that began to get the attention of all the people around me.

After continually tapping the gift, which garnered more and more people’s attention, a person asked “What is in the messy Christmas package”?

I responded, “It’s the solid rock foundation of The LORD Jesus Christ”. After I spoke those words I immediately woke up.

The LORD gives me dreams often and I seek him for the deeper meaning of what He is trying to relay. As I began to pray and ponder the meaning of the dream; this is the revelation He imparted to me.

The first thing that stood out to me was that the Christmas package was not a precisely wrapped package.

The gift was sloppy and looked as though it was wrapped hastily. The meaning of the package itself represents our lives.

Our lives are not always pretty packages, but instead can be filled with lots of ups and downs. Problems and trials can sometimes feel like they never end.

Life is not always a sparkling perfect package, but instead can be pretty messy. Even though life can cause our “package” to be messy there is a promise from our Savior.

The rock that I was tapping to get the attention of the people is THE CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!

God has given us the promise of His solid rock foundation in His son Jesus. I believe that the reason I was in that large room with many people, is that God wanted me to REMIND others, that no matter what you are going through you are not forgotten.

Sometimes in the midst of the mess we may forget that He IS our solid rock foundation.

We may forget that as He is our Father; we have the inheritance of His word! Part of that inheritance is His foundation, the gift that was given to us through the birth of Jesus Christ.

As Christmas is nearing I encourage you to take hold of your inheritance. Take hold of the fact, that in God, as His child He is your solid rock foundation.

Are going through tough times or maybe you have gotten off track with The LORD?

Don’t delay… come back to Him, seek Him!

He is gladly waiting your return to Him. Seek forgiveness, dust yourself off and stand on His solid rock foundation!

Stand firm knowing that He became flesh, so that no matter what we are going through, He became every promise that you need for every battle you are facing.

While we may be shaken, by the things we are dealing with in the world, His foundation cannot be shaken! Get up, stand up, and stand strong on His foundation.

If you don’t know Jesus as Lord and savior there is no better time to accept Him into your life than right now.

Jesus became the gift that keeps on giving!

Ask Him to forgive you and come into your heart right now. He is waiting and will accept you as His child. There is no better gift than the gift of Jesus in your life!

God LOVES us so VERY much that he sent Jesus as the greatest gift to the world! He is our rock, strength, fortress, savior, deliverer, protection and shield.

May The LORD bless you abundantly and know that you are loved by Him!
