Declarations & Decrees: The Chosen of The LORD Are Rising Above – He Is Their Shield and Protection!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is your LAMP; He LIGHTS UP your darkness!
  With Him in your life, you can RUN through a whole troop of men; with God you can LEAP high walls.
  God’s WAY is PERFECT, the Word of the Lord has been TESTED BY FIRE, He SHIELDS ALL who take REFUGE in Him!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is God, the ROCK of your SALVATION!
  He is your STRENGTH and PROTECTION; He makes your way go STRAIGHT.
  He makes you SWIFT and SURE-FOOTED as a deer and ENABLES YOU TO STAND on High Places.
• I decree and declare the Lord makes you SWIFT and enables you to STAND on HIGH PLACES.
  He trains you for war until you are STRENGTHENED and SKILLED.
  He gives you His SHIELD of SALVATION; His answers make you GREAT!
  He INCREASES your stride and protects you from injury.
• I decree and declare, with God’s WISDOM and STRENGTH, you are able to PURSUE and WIPE OUT your enemies, without turning back until they are DESTROYED.
  Those who oppose God and refuse to REPENT, will be taken down.
• I decree and declare the Lord knows your enemy’s positions, He knows how to protect you and cause the enemy to FLEE.
  You REJOICE in the Lord/ Adonai who has FREED you from the quarrels of the People.
  He has kept you in POSITION and RAISED YOU UP, to serve the Nation.
• I decree and declare we GIVE THANKS to You, Lord/ Adonai, among the Nations; we SING PRAISES to Your Name.
  YOU are a TOWER of SALVATION for Your Chosen Ones; You display GRACE to Your Anointed Ones, FOREVER!
• I decree and declare you who live in the SHELTER of the Most High/ ‘Elyon, who spend your nights in the SHADOW of the Almighty/ Shaddai, who say to the Lord/Adonai, “My REFUGE, my FORTRESS, my God/ Elohim, in whom I TRUST,” He RESCUES you from the TRAP of the hunter and from the plague of calamities; He COVERS YOU with His pinions, and under His WINGS you find REFUGE; His TRUTH is your SHIELD and PROTECTION.
• I decree and declare FEAR HAS NO PLACE IN YOUR LIFE!
  A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it won’t come near you.
  ONLY KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN, and you will see how the wicked are PUNISHED.
• I decree and declare because you have made the Lord/ Adonai, the Most High/ ’Elyon, your REFUGE, your DWELLING PLACE, NO DISASTER will happen to you, NO CALAMITY will come near your tent.
  God/ Elohim will ORDER HIS ANGELS to CARE for you and GUARD you wherever you go.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

And who is a rock, besides our God? ³³ “God is my strong fortress; and He sets the blameless in His way. ³⁴ “He makes my feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me on my high places. ³⁵ “He trains my hands for battle, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. ³⁶ “You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your help makes me great. ³⁷ “You enlarge my steps under me, and my feet have not slipped. ³⁸ “I pursued my enemies and destroyed them, and I did not turn back until they were consumed. ³⁹ “And I have devoured them and shattered them, so that they did not rise; and they fell under my feet. ⁴⁰ “For You have girded me with strength for battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me. ⁴¹ “You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, and I destroyed those who hated me. ⁴² “They looked, but there was none to save; even to the Lord, but He did not answer them. ⁴³ “Then I pulverized them as the dust of the earth; I crushed and stamped them as the mire of the streets. ⁴⁴ “You have also delivered me from the contentions of my people; You have kept me as head of the nations; a people whom I have not known serve me. ⁴⁵ “Foreigners pretend obedience to me; as soon as they hear, they obey me. ⁴⁶ “Foreigners lose heart, and come trembling out of their fortresses. ⁴⁷ “The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be God, the rock of my salvation, ⁴⁸ The God who executes vengeance for me, and brings down peoples under me, ⁴⁹ Who also brings me out from my enemies; You even lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man. ⁵⁰ “Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the nations, and I will sing praises to Your name. ⁵¹ “He is a tower of deliverance to His king, and shows lovingkindness to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever,” 2 Samuel 22:29-51.

“¹ He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. ² I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!” ³ For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence. ⁴ He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark. ⁵ You will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day; ⁶ Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. ⁷ A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not approach you. ⁸ You will only look on with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. ⁹ For you have made the Lord, my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place. ¹⁰ No evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your tent. ¹¹ For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. ¹² They will bear you up in their hands, that you do not strike your foot against a stone. ¹³ You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down. ¹⁴ “Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. ¹⁵ “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. ¹⁶ “With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation.”” Psalm 91:1-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
